I can't help but notice, inside the same town, even though it looks like each players shop is next to the others, when you see inside the shop and drag around it seems they're all in the exact same corner with the exact same building next to them...
for the hard badge: the hardest achivement is obviously getting pwon pwner, these are (approximately) the scores needed:
Hard: 600
Extreme:500
Insane:200
@crowbarcrow: the number shown as the ships heatlh only counts the hull, the damage dealt counts damage to the hull (green numbers), sails (wite numbers)and crew (red numbers), how much crew and sails damage a ship can take is only show on the ships screen when buying, you can't see it in battles.
@turtlegods: seeling ships acidentally isn't too big a problem, you actually sell them for the same price you bought them, so if you just re-buy it you won't lose a single coin
@krakenen: agreed on most of them, but the archer lvl4 upgrade last for 2 turns, (i.e. 4 attacks in 3 turns), the symbol dissapears but the effect stays, use other units to attract enemy fire.
@wolfwing777: those skill are instakill if they hit, they have low accuracy,, use acc. lowering spells/items on the foes, evade increasing spells/items on ur allies, equip things with high evade, and later on you can get equipment with death resistance.

while this game has definitely better graphics than the previous two installments, it feels like other aspects have gon down... specially difficulty, I'm playing in what's supposed to be the hardest mods (kamikaze and faster bullets), and the bonus levels are the only ones that feel like an actual challenge (and I keep dying because I forget the middle of the screen is a kill zone in the first area's bonus boss)
@axerer: rather than drop large amounts of money, killing the boss turns all his bullets into coins, so try using your secondary weapon to time the kill right when there are the most bullets on screen.
