ok, this game is good, but you NEED to increase the drop rate for certain quest items, I'm level 10 already and I'm still in the the area marked as lvl 5-7 trying to pluck the giant dodo's feathers, but not only is it hard to encounter the bird (I sometimes do the whole area and don't find a single one), when i do it seems it's drop rate is so low that I've cleared the zone enough times to pass the highest level for NEXT area and I still have only one of the three I need.
A few tips since the dev does't seem to intend changing the game any time soon: first off AVOID HITTING THE GROUND AT ALL COSTS, use your smashes only when close to the ground to push the geek up, never when at high altitudes, it gives only slightly more speed but completely kills your vertical momentum (you'll start going horizontally no matter how you were flying before). Second: try to use the ultimate smash right after you change sections, if you time it coretly you won't have to worry about the time in the withe flash were you cant see/do anything
ok, this needs some improvements: as everyone mentioned the coin collecting has to be changed as well as the "moving forward when attacking", another problem is that it's hard to get away from an enemy while attacking another one: everytime I'm attacking one guy and see another one come at me I stop hitting the attack button and try to get away, but my guy keeps attacking for some reason and I can't get away on time, which affects my combo and makes it harder to get the ultimate.
@kevin: not really, there are 2 disadvantages to the bazooka: first off is the reward amount, this is the score you get for killing, you only get 20% of it's worth, against the boss you should make the last few shots with pistol for the 90% reward rate (almost 5 times more). And for actual damage it's only worth is the area damage, you have to reaload after every shot, the sniper is way better, with lvl 10 experience each sniper shot (with full upgrades) deals 210 damage agains the bazooka's 260, the 50 points difference isn't that much considering the sniper has 12 shots per clip (the bazooka only one) and realoads faster, plus there's the range difference and the huge range bonus the rifle gets with the hold position skill.
I'm stuck in 1-15, those levels are completely luck based, sinceI can't move paladog or command the units to stay within the aura the level always ends when they're all killed and I get 3 useless maces in a row. The same thing happened already on 1-3, I grinded on the previous level so my units wouldn't get killed so easily, but then when I was finally past that level they had become overpowered and the other levels went by just too easily.
Has anyone noticed the staff never does ANY work (specially cleaning) after the last customer leaves, and in days with no customers they simply don't work AT ALL.
While choosing leagues clicking on "choose leagues" (above the first choice) I get El Salvador (wihch is not shown in the list), also, is there another page when choosing the leagues or something? there are plenty of larger leagues than the listed ones
The game's pretty good, albeit I could answer some of the questions without playing the games by just looking at the screenshot. Another thing, I played the spanish version and there are quite a few typos/grammar errors, though nothing too big or annoying.
I'm now in climbing training, turns out it's even more tedious than flying: in the first minigame it's impossible to get too far because I always find two stairs in opposite corners and I can't get from one to the other in time, in the second minigame avalanches kill me even inside a cave, and in the third one the experience gain is way slower than it should be. In running and swimming training I could easily get 30 levels in one session, in flying I rarely got past 20, but in climbing I can't get to 10 levels no matter how much I try, this are serious balance issues, and my rating just went down from 4/5 to 2/5.
Adding to the training minigames problem: I found running and swimming training to be rather bearable, the flying minigames however all have serious flaws: the first one has to slow responses, and it's impossible to make a big turn without falling short or going too far, the second one has too sensitive controls, two out of three times I lost from hitting the ground because the duck went lower than I aimed, the third one has better controls but the experience gain is way too limited to make up for the other two.
Tip for the first medium badge: it's far easier to do it on pro since there's a higher max score, in amateur 25000 is about what's needed to get a silver star while pro requires over 70000 to get only bronze (about 3 times the score needed for the badge)
