I would probably play this for hours, except the music sucks, and I can't mute it. >:( Open letter to all developers: I know you're proud of your music, but not everyone wants the repetitive droning.
-It would be really nice if there was a way you could set a move in stone so that it couldn't be changed. That way when there are ones of which you are absolutely dead certain of (anything adjacent to a 9, a 6 on the side, a 4 in the corner, etc.) you wouldn't have to worry about undoing it while you were changing things around just to help yourself think.
-An undo button would be greatly appreciated.
-Also, the manner in which difficulty was determined seems a bit suspect. I found the larger puzzles with many colors to be much easier than those with only one, because there tended to be fewer ways to misplace pixels. The garden gate practically drew itself. Once I figured out that an X only applies to a single color it became much easier to keep track. :D
-Still, 5/5
I thought this was going to be a joke, but this is actually pretty fun! I'd like to be able to mute the music, but I can't find much else to complain about. 5/5
Forget my previous comment. I got some upgrade points under my belt, and got through just fine. 4/5 because I'm still not comfortable calling it perfect.
Well done, overall. It's just a little too difficult to be enjoyable to me. Why so tight with the money? I can't afford to upgrade my towers more than once. :'(
It would really be nice if I could see what it is an opponent is doing to me. I just spent a game where I lost all of my mana every turn, and the AI player had no cards showing that explained why. Other than that, this is a great game.
Okay, I figured it out. You're briefly shown the pattern on the left, and you need to click on all of the balls which have Spongebob on them. If you click 3 Patrick balls you lose. The description and instructions leave something to be desired. The game itself is okay, but there isn't really an increasing level of difficulty. It gets repetitive fast. I've been playing a lot of rubbish new games though, so I'll give this one 3/5 for actually being a game.
Far from the worst game on Kong. It's a start. For sure there should at least be some interaction with the scenery. I guess to really call it a game there should be a lap timer. That way there could be something like a score. To be a game, there has to be a way to win.
As if it wasn't hard enough just keeping the car from flipping over, I got to a point where the ground is below the frame, and I can't see where to jump. That and the fact that every upgrade makes the car worse means this game has serious issues. Too bad, because I basically like it.
Mute buttons should be considered absolutely mandatory. A really nice option is to have separate buttons to mute sfx and music, but at a minimum there should be a mute button to kill all sounds that drown my music out.
