I feel like there are two things that if added, would greatly improve the experience. 1) There has got to be some kind of way to manipulate the board. Some times I am desperate for a certain color, but have absolutely no way to modify the board. Unless I get extremely lucky with a spell (by matching 4 or 5), I can't change the board. 2) A way to upgrade the basic effects on a hero. I'd love to spend some of this money to change how much health they get per match, or the starting level of my guards
Was fun up till level 14, and then the drag and drop control scheme made me furious. From somehow spawning random slow as mud bugs, to having them start with snipers...not worth the headache. Add an "auto-breed" button which apparently the AI has, change to point/click, and stop handicapping my guys as they are born.
Ok I'm confused. Why when fighting the boss at the end of Infinity Space does he knock my health to 7, and then as I'm healing I'm told I took too much damage?
Absolutely fantastic game. A few recommendations:
1) Would love a 10 level check point. Every 10 levels, you can "continue" from that point so I'm not back to level 0.
2) Remove the "points" upgrade and give us either a defense upgrade (10% less damage taken per level), a drop increase (5% per level), or a base damage upgrade.
3) Would LOVE a boss battle around level 20 or 25.
4) Make a pacifist trophy where you can't shoot for 180 seconds, those are always fun to just fly around
5) Perhaps a level 6 only skill which gives you a single bomb? Just make it the same "level up" burst you get, but to guarantee a kill on everything. Levels 1-5 of the skill do nothing except get you towards that bomb. Or maybe very weak versions. You're the brains behind the game, I'll leave that up to you :)
Again, love the game. Don't know if any of the suggestions are worth your time, but this is very close to a game I could burn several hours on and not even realize it.
I would really try and ramp up the difficulty, either by removing the constant food or having your character do less damage. The only time in the entire game I was down to 75% health was the final fight.
