I'm not sure what everyone is smoking but the controls feel odd. With the ice platform, if you don't get running speed before jumping your horizontal air movement is gimped to oblivion. If you were to stand on normal platform and jump straight up, your horizontal air movement is not gimped at all. Confused.
Can't complete level 12. I see the the portal but I can't reach it... I tried moving the cubes and the canons closer but I can't get it in the room. Don't think they would do anything though.
Hey, good job at the game. I found lvl 8 for Hard was the most difficult one, took a medium amount of retries. For lvl 11 or 12 on Hard, there are no buttons at the top right.
Later in the game the upgrades is totally stupid, you have to go out of your way to destroy these containers to even see an upgrade and then you have to go and grab it, in the middle of hundreds of gigantic balls which can trap and kill you instantly thanks to zero hit delay and a bump effect.
Okay shooter with emphasis on relaxing gameplay. The last pace update has made the opening more enjoyable. There is a ridiculous facewall feeling when there are multiple ships on the screen shooting multiple bullets and you really can't avoid them at all. The hitbox plus the slow ship speed makes me die all the time in those situations. This game isn't for me but good effort making this. Hope you expand or make a new style of this because I do enjoy shooters.
Yup, the game is about RNG, if the room spawns in a way that you get cornered/trap/have no escapes, you basically lose since the delay after getting hit is like 0.2 second and you can only take around 5 hits. If RNG is on your side, you just run around in circles and win.
Seems the game is quite luck based. You need RNG to give you good enemy spawn spots and health regen. The game itself is pretty good though, resembles the steam game Issac?Isaac.
Enjoyable game. It gets a little boring waiting for the monsters/coins to come but then it picks up again when the stronger enemies come in. Then, it goes back to boring again once you setup your fighters. What might be good is to add a spawn limit to each building so that one weak building at the bottom doesn't get 30+ guys standing down there.
I don't get it, you uploaded 4 games that are basically the same thing... I know that you and a "kid" made this together in a workshop but come on. You must be smart enough to know NOT to upload the same thing 4 times...
Decent game except for the immense lag that you get after level 2. The lag disrupts gameplay a lot. My movement and attacking became all glitchy, everything occurred a few moments after I initiated them. I'll give you 4/5 because maybe the lag is just for me. Also, you should remove the half price thing as I see no point of it, and just make them cheaper.
It was pretty decent but the click to shoot style is totally stupid for this game. The sounds/music broke while I was playing. There are also times where my bullets don't seem to kill the enemies, unless they have health? It's also retarded how upgrading a rank (change your center/main bubble to a larger size) increases your chance of getting hit as well as forces you to go back to shooting 1 stream of bullets.
3/5 for the effort.
You are right. This game was made in 48 hours during a Jam, so, we need much work to do. Tomorrow I will update with a autofire. And, one thing really we dont do in this 48 hours is the enemies upgrade, so, they health is random, for now. And the "character" reduce of shooting with upgrade is a bug, BUT, this bug make the game more balanced. Thanks for feedback. o/
Nice try with some good ideas but it was not implemented well and needs lots of polishing. The controls are also not very friendly. For the first boss, I had to sacrifice a life bashing into his small side pieces in order to break them.
So wait, you uploaded a game that isn't even programmed yet where all we can do is stare at the loading/splash/menu screen? 5/5! OH! it knew me by name too! 6/5!
I redid the opening levels, hopefully should be more enjoyable now.
