I haven't figured out the correct way to finish Level 14, but it's possible to get a string of comma and then the text you need, then run it through as many Load boxes as you can. If the last test had a few more characters in it, this hack wouldn't work.
Those hard badges are more like endurance tests (especially the last one). Beating 32 levels with all vehicles means playing a total of 352 levels. If you take an average of even just two minutes per level, you're looking at almost 12 hours. It's a fun game, but not *that* fun.
Often times being "stuck" can be resolved very easily - simply quit out of your browser, relaunch it, then enter into the game.
