So in the transition from town 1 to town 2, the guy just ... floats on his horse? And maybe five minutes, these ogres showed up, I couldn't dodge them, died, and now it's reloaded and the ogres are on screen and they .. float off? 2 minutes later, the minigame ends and I'm in the new town.
I think that went awry.
The mouse aiming really needs work. It keeps going for big fat spiders automatically whilst the little ones have all the paperwork argh frustration feature.
This is a good game, but the pinball effect is WAY too ridiculous from time to time. Scraping a car on the side sometimes just ping pongs you across the road, giving you basically no control until everything's already been busted to shit.
The items don't automatically snap back or let themselves be put down. Seeing as they're too close together that makes it a bit frustrating for this incarnation of Papa's.
I love this game. It reminds me of Sigma Star Saga, but probably because that's the only other sidescrolling shoot 'em up I can think of with a storyline.
This game is just gorgeous, the sprites are small but serve their purpose, the backgrounds seem handdrawn or made, and the music is just... serene, never becoming annoying or getting too much in the forefront.
The characters are, probably, archetypes but don't feel cliché'd, and the story flows naturally.
Nothing but praise, good sir.
The game looks like fun, but some kind of glitch makes the villagers invisible when they're on the move. Ones that are standing still I can see, but if I lift a little shack and they escape from trapdoors, I can't see them.
And this was my last badge to get from this quest, d'aw.
This is a very aggrevating game. One small rock, you're feckin' toast. One dactyl bumps you, you're frickin' toast! A Parasaurolophus (Elvis) which is supposed to HELP you, lands on you, you're toast! YET why can't I stop playing it!
It's like it's evil incarnate, but I have to keep playing. I want to liiiiiiiiiiiiive!
