Most of the idle games are very slow paced even so this one is slow even in the beginning where most have a ramping situation where your early upgrades are relatively fast but later ones are very slow to accumulate. One thing that I would like to see in this particular game that would be a very easy add-on would be an infinite upgrade system where some drops can still be useful even after you have all you need. Use something like combination of items using a factor of 3 to 5 units to increase the power of something by 100% * base. Example using a factor of 4 would be something like this: skillbook swiftness gives 20% increase in move speed. Combine 4 of them or have 4 of them to make it 40% or 16 of them to make 60%, and so forth. It would be a self limiting upgrade system because of rarity of items and drops. It could be handled many different ways and using different factors.

I would rather instead of a continuation for them to actually expand the game into an actual story with some genuine content.

Without medicine the most dangerous time in a person's life is early childhood and then for females it is child birth. Your graph of how your population is slowly dying as it gets older is the wrong shape. It needs to flair out a lot more at the top stabilizing from the age 3-8. Having research options such as medicine, herbalism, or midwifery could be used to alter the shape significantly so that it is more like your current shape.

Overall rather challenging. The way to beat this is to remember all that you have. Don't carry around extra weapons and armor, sell them, and potions also sell for 1k each. Put all ability points into agility for increased evasion and focus your skill points into first blocker and sweep then finally shocker, ignore frenzy. What this does is turn you into a tank. Make sure to keep all your allies alive as the damage dealers. For potions do not sell your healing potions and sell most of your regen, rage and speed potions. For most of the dungeon you really should keep about 5 of each on hand once you get to level 4. Before that you really should not need any. Make sure to explore all locations touching all walls, searching all searchable locations. All amulets should go to the main character. In the final level just make sure to be more careful then normal. Make sure that the enemies are focusing on you.

Game Mechanics: Str, Melee skill, weapon bonus - direct damage; Str - damage, encumbrance. If you have 6 str you can carry 6 items to sell. Con - HP. Int - Magical Damage, spell points per level. At less then 11 int you get 1 spell point per level for magic classes. SP/L = Int-9. To level up regular spells requires one Spell point to level the alpha type spells requires two spell points. Dex - directly effects your attack speed and likely effects movement speed as well. Charisma - Effects the buy sell price of all items. At around 80 charisma you will start to be unable to spend all of your money. Recommendation for all beginning characters is to play a bard until at least L12. Assentions are a very bad idea until you reach L12 or L13.

From what I have been able to see the best starting build has got to be some version of the bard. Just do not ascend until you are at least level 14 and by that time any character should be able to have godly stats just from having godly equipment. Every time my bard goes to town she buys 3-4 pieces of equipment. Oh yes and for those wondering charisma is extremely important. It allows you to make more then you can spend at around 80 points. The higher your charisma the more that you sell items for.

I am finding that the magic classes are good until you start ascending. I am finding that the ascension will of course mean that often times the mix of spells that you get will inevitably be useless and more often then not suicide to use them. The old Idle RPG would send you to someplace with weaker enemies when you died. I am thinking that it mite be a good idea to re-institute that type of action.

Rather unstable. While it does not kick me out often I do end up having to refresh about once per hour to reestablish the server connection. Also I am finding that there is some lag probably due to the same issue as the disconnects. Sometimes some of the events do not seem to update. Example being resources. I had 3k ore and then used it. The ore levels did not seem to change. I had to refresh it to correct it. Another time I tried building something and it did not really take. Then I tried again and to build it and it said I could only have one building under construction. Refreshing showed me that it really did take. Other then these few bugs a pretty decent game. Certainly needs some work but overall not a bad rendition.

I do dislike how there is no real pathfinding for the pet, that is an aspect that could have used a lot more work. Otherwise a rather great game. Of course if pathfinding was added for the pet it probably should have been added for monsters. Also I would have liked to have the assist doctrine for the pet cause the pet to retarget what ever monster you are currently fighting and not just have the pet fight until he kills the monster then retarget to your current monster. I do think that pathfinding would fix all my main issues with the pets though I find it irritating that my ranged pet will try to fire through walls that block his attack, and that they will continue trying to hit each other through that wall until I go around and kill the monster myself.

The agility stat is rather out of balance with the others. I have not really noticed much difference in the rate of evading attacks with higher agility, but the effectiveness of the regen seems to be rather lacking. At a minimum the regen pulse rate needs to be doubled, and likely tripled, otherwise there is really no point in putting any of my points into agility. The balance of the other 3 attributes seems to be about right. I will place the points into them depending on how I want to play. Caster or Warrior.

After redoing things for probably the last time I found that the range upgrade is really not worth it at all. I now have my primaries at 150 speed and 45 range. It is rather realistic to get to level 100 before you have 300 leaks if done right

Mazing is not all that important in this td. Use the minimum number of towers that lets you keep them in range of your primaries for the most amount of time. I have further incresed my level by getting rid of most of my maze and tweeking my new much smaller maze. I am using 21 blocker towers just the white ones and then one of each of the colors. Doing so seems to have incresed my level another 50 levels.

After redoing my configuration for the 20th time or so my solution is to use 3 towers to do damage. I colored towers with 60 range and 120 speed and of course as much damage as I can get. The first unit to start to get past me is the boss and the armored guys are not really pushing me at all. The healer guys seem to be harder then the armor guys. This config has pushed me from L280 to L340. If you note the cost per upgrade it is more economical to not upgrade speed or range much. Each damage upgrade increases the cost by 22% and damage by 22%. Doubling the your speed increases the cost by 105.3% and of course doubles the dps. This is less effective then damage. The key is to make it so you have a high enough speed that everything starts getting by at around the same level. Before I was easily killing everything and a lot of the Armored would pass. And range increases the cost by 82%.

Oh and for people that are having trouble just get and upgrade either the machine guns or the shot gun x4 until you have the lasers available. Ignore the rocket launcher and the heavy main gun seeing as the shot gun or machine gun should be enough until the lasers are available. You should be able to buy all 4 lasers and almost fully upgrade them when they come out. I had the lasers x4 tri-laser and emp fully upgraded by L27. Do not use both shot gun and machine gun. Pick one and stick with it until you can get the lasers.

Overall pretty good game. The replay is rather stupid seeing as if you beat it the first time you certainly wont have any trouble with all your equipment maxed. Next the latter levels were rather too easy though there were times that it got tricky. I think the walkers should have been given a week ranged attack as well as a strong melee attack. The spinning blades are about right and the mix is pretty good. The latter levels are a bit too easy especially with the heavy tanks only coming out in ones or twos or threes. They really need to have more at a time like some of the other enemies do. A good enemy to add would be a pulsing emp enemy that moves kind of like the blade guys but have a push back effect and maybe heavy damage as well. Overall a rather easy game that is pretty fun to play once.

Overall a pretty good game though I personally do not like it all that much. I actually liked Path of Honor better. I am not all that fond of shooters and this is a top down shooter which makes it even less enjoyable. I do enjoy RPG's. While I have to say Path of Honor was seriously flawed I found it more fun then this one, though this is definitely the better game especially for people that like shooters.

When you upgrade life it takes some time for them to die so you want to place multiple people once you start to get a good number of souls per person. Currently I have my stats at 60 speed 71 life 50 sight and 113 land I place anywhere from 10 - 20 people at a time and harvest between 180 and 250 souls. I am harvesting 13-14 souls per person placed. It takes some time to start up but once you have some upgrades and average 2-3 souls per person placed it starts to become faster because it becomes effective to place more then one or two people at a time.

A rather intriguing game. Collect souls when your person dies more when they die with a higher happiness level. First you drag and drop your person somewhere they gather resources to a central location, the town spot. It took me a little while to figure out how this works. Basically you have your people picking up stuff and dropping it off at the barn. Each of the upgrades are very important. Your guys jump around so when you upgrade speed they jump further and faster. Upgrading life makes them last longer which is very good. Upgrading sight makes them actually go out further to find the resources. Upgrading land which is the most important in the long run gives access to new drop points. It costs one soul to place a person unless you have 0 souls, then you can only place one person. This is important.

Overall I rate this game as a 2/5 mainly for the flaws that I have already mentioned. I think the game play is rather enjoyable though it gets rather tedious. The battle system is different then what I am used to so it was a nice change. Oh and I also must put in my wish for the pause button for battles that so many other people want. Make sure to save often, so you will be able to load your game when your phone rings.
