Is there a way to throw unwanted items out the airlock? Sometimes I end up picking up flotsam from killing pirates that takes up room I want to use for more mining stuff.
In absence of a colorblind mode, do keep in mind the different color tiles each have unique symbols. That should help a little, anyway; you'd probably still have some trouble distinguishing the color wheel damage chart and enemy colors though.
Feels like the game is getting so ambitious, Flash Player can't even keep up with it anymore.
Random lag and controls going crazy are getting in the way of the fun.
I want to finish it so badly, but don't have the patience to keep replaying sections because Flash Player screws up and gets me eaten by trolls ad infinitum.
I had to reset my progress on level 6 twice because I was getting stuck on the level geometry.
The minigun is also very underwhelming for the most expensive weapon in the game. In comparison, with upgrades for fire rate and damage the SMG reloads faster, hits harder, has slightly less ammo, but no spool-up time to get you killed in an ambush.
the 'destiny mode' missions are kind of bull. i regularly lose to bad luck draws where i get nothing but poison wands and then die to the 1 hp enemy in one hit because i wasn't given anything that was actually capable of lethality. not even remotely fun. the rest of the game is enjoyable though.
game is fundamentally buggy, some levels advance when i dont score high enough and other times i ace the levels score requirement and it makes me play it again anyway.
True, but I don't remember having such trouble as this. It just feels like an insurmountable siege beyond level 6, where you spend the entire game clicking construction buttons just to keep up, while your units die because you're too busy building to babysit them properly given their poor mental capacity. Its just not fun. If you even try to cut off their supply lines, it just triggers ZOMGWTFPWN mode and they send even more shit at your base... just seems hopeless.
As has been stated the AI for your units is tragically bad. They'll shoot at a defenseless building while a single drone kills them all from 2 inches away, and fly 10 miles around a planet to get to a target theyre sitting next to already. On the other hand, the enemy AI seems to be playing by a different set of rules than me. They seem to be far beyond the point of outproducing me in fleet strength with only one factory, while I'm going balls out with three of them churning out units constantly and still being overrun.
I submitted the URL and file to avira's website and they got back on it being a false positive and that they will fix their virus definitions (hopefully).
The hole door puzzle was a little flawed since dolphins and mice are grouped with unlike species. Mice were grouped with marsupials and dolphins were grouped with fish.
I liked it a lot, the scalable difficulty means pretty much anyone can enjoy it and the controls are intuitive and respond well. The tutorial is also quite informative.
decent looking game, but poorly explained, and has some major bugs, such as an AI barricading himself in with towers and using up all his population on units that don't build.
Not for nothing though but, if anything, the laser turrets would be great if they actually fired lasers... beams of light tend to travel faster than these things.
This game would be better if the pace was a bit faster and you actually were rewarded enough RU to actually upgrade enough shit to not die on level 2 in normal mode. As it is I get one laser turret up, it misses all the enemy fighters repeatedly, then dies...
The dog and the hitbox are way too large... its like playing Frogger except you have to get a bus across a stream in between all the frogs with two inch gaps between them. Especially head-tail length, I'd always die while standing on a sidewalk because my tail would be 1 cm in to the road.
