"To make it slightly easier, your opponent won't have any life draining or insta-kill spells." Yeah, R3 Sentry, right. :/ It's City of R'lyeh all over again :(
Yeah, the AI needs a LOT of work. Would deserve a 5/5 if there was more work in this area. As it is, I gave the game 4/5 because it is still very fun to play, despite the low level of difficulty.
Encountered a weird thing : my Solarian Fortress took 3 damage the first turn I used it to block, and now it won't regenerate above 3 strength, as if its maximum was reset to 3 O_o Is that normal ?
Indeed, I survived between 18 and 24 seconds without the spikes - and getting or keeping them is based nearly solely on luck. I had them until around 100 seconds, at which point I lost them, and died 22 seconds later :p (seconds during which my heart didn't beat once, but eventually I got the badge \o/)
Argh, I found everything except one painting. I also found the noose in the attic, which wasn't on the list, so maybe I missed other similar "bonuses".
316000, 33:38 (but you should add a true pause rather than making the timer running without interruption :p) and 5/5. It wasn't the scariest game I've played, but I did shit my pants a couple of times, if only thanks to the ever-haunting sounds.
There is a problem with the 11th level from the 2nd normal set (the bomb one) : on the left, a vertical line say "8" whereas the column only has 7 blocks. I was surprised when I got an error here :p
Grumzar, when you select a new game, you can choose between five different game modes : three levels of difficulty (Regular, Veteran and Elite), and two "special modes" - Thunderstorm and Fuel of War. These two modes are unlocked once you finish the Elite mode. You must finish both modes and score 10.000.000 points in order to get the badge ; it is dubbed "impossible" not because of the difficulty, but because of the huge amount of time you'll have to spend on this game :)
I finished Elite mode on another site and it took me forever... whereas I love the game, I will not play it non stop until I get the badge, lest I should become sick of it.
Good game, but I think I'm currently encountering a bug... My opponent has 0 defense, but my creatures deal damage to him as if he had 3 defense O_o (he indeed has a 3, but in arcane, not defense... :P)
Oh well, I will crush him nevertheless >:)
ChaosCore2 > Funny, I got everything but platinum deadeye on my first try x) (well, my first try on this website anyway... would never have achieved that if it was my first time playing)
I got 390 deadeyes this one time (that was a few months ago, May 11 according to my badges), then I quit playing it, and today I come back to earn this impossible badge ! Nothing can stop me !
(great game, by the way. 5 stars.)
YAY ! After months of trying regularly, I got 81.700 points ! I have the hard badge ! I am the king of the world ! \o/
... Yeah, I really suck at this game. Still, I can't seem to get bored of it. Too bad there isn't a higher challenge, but I will definitely try to score 100.000 points... should keep me occupied for a while.
... Died at 79000 T_T
This game is fun, simple and original at the same time.
Doing glitches only to earn badges is definitely not fun, though. I won't try the glitch before I have this damn badge. :p
Yeah I became a beta tester yesterday too xD I suck at this game, but it's rather a good thing, it proves that without a good strategy, you can't win :)
5 stars because of the depth behind the apparent simplicity.
This game has one very important quality, it helps to see how awesome SCGMD 2 & 3 truly are.
Seriously, you've got to work a LOT on this game before it can be deemed at least "decent"...
Good game. Really lacks a "return to main menu" or "restart round" button, though... I am forced to refresh every time I mess up a hole (especially when trying to get a Platinum medal... ^^)
theschu2 > On Amateur Zelda, Perfect is at 11291. Try to hold the keys long enough, remember you aren't penalized for holding them a while longer than necessary ;)
