Day 1: There are zombies everywhere and I have a M9; I've been preparing my entire life for this, I know what to do.
Day 3: Found some survivors. Hope they brought food, cause I'm just about sick of eating Zombie.
Day 8: Jury rigged a radio using a plastic cup, two coconuts, an exercise bike, and a hamster wheel. Learned that off of Star Trek.
Day 13: Found a cat, named him Bradley Fernandez, not sure why, might be going insane; strange how he isn't zombie chow. Taught him how to reload my guns
Day 15: Found a bow, but no arrows; won't matter, I'll improvise; got plenty of zombie bones in which to make arrows.
Day 26: Lost three of the four guys that went for supplies. I'll shoot them later. Really sick of zombie meat; ate the couch yesterday.
Day 31: THEY FOUND A M249! My very own machine gun! We eat like kings!
Day 40: The army arrived; about time; we were just about out of hot sauce and Bradley had hacked up a fur ball; hope the Army has vets ... and food.
Niffty little game; nice premise, controls were responsive if not intuitive. Would suggest WASD/arrow key controls instead of mouse follow. Prox mines would have been helpful instead of timed. Lastly, a smaller Zomber on screen would be nice; felt like a pinball the whole time.
Cute little social commentary on true equality; clever to incorporate the loading time into it, but on a meta note, long load times are annoying for a gamer
Neat little game, but the HUD could use some work/further explanation in regards to ammo use (thought for the first level that the numbers above their heads was their skill level). Controls worked, but were awkward. Instead of total keyboard control and auto targeting, how about using the mouse instead? Also, the 1-hit kill on your characters is instantly annoying. I know it makes sense, given that this is a zombie game, but it becomes rather frustrating given the aforementioned awkward control scheme. But really, these are merely ways I would make the game better if I had the skill; not game breakers. I had no trouble loading, the game played smoothly, the simple concept works well, and the controls were responsive enough if not overly intuitive. 4/5
Was really getting into this game; I really was. I loved how it was woven into the GoT storyline, how your choices mattered. I loved the way production was handled, and how you dealt with your advisers and sell swords. It was incredibly well done ... up to a point. It fell apart for me when a majority of my gold disappeared. That was the breaking point. 3 weeks worth, just gone. That, coupled with the realization that nothing I do with my sell swords (train and equip) matter in the slightest. I can up their stats all I want; it all comes down to the roll of a die - a die that I can not seem to affect. That turns what on the outside looks like a strategy game into a nicely dressed video game of roulette. So sad :'(
OK, good game; been noticing the tweaks to make it better and it is much appreciated; made a good game better. My only gripe is endless mode. After maxing -everything- why does it take what was normally a 1 hit kill mob 6 - 7 hits to kill in endless mode?
Had to break out the pen and paper at level 7 since, for some reason, I can visualize it better that way. Had to even cut one out and fold it ... I hate the taste of ink now. Well done, haven't had to do that since Secret of Mana.
Good game, fun in a retro kinda way. On the thought of upgrades, maybe a push back aspect of the shield so instead of decaying, it would absorb or push back rocks of increasing size?
I just got pounded by 2 yetis at once on top of a cliff ... which sent me flying, of course. Ended up with 2149 fractures; given that there are only 206 bones in the human body, that means that each and every bone in my body was broken 10 and a half times :-/ I AM PULP!!!
Neat little game, but the replayability of it is nil since you have to pay for the new game+ feature. Also, I had an annoying issue/bug where when anyone used their superpower, the graphics switched to the low setting. Lastly, the llama battle system seems skewed. I had my llama's stats maxed after his first battle, but he got his first loss on his third because he just sat there. All he needed to do was hit his opponent twice and he would have won. So, overall, 4/5 for a flash game, but there is no way I would consider paying for this; too many bugs, and to short.
Thanks a lot for the feedback! :D
About the re playability, you can unlock 10 endings without expending a dime, and you can finish the game with 10 unique party combinations, so i dont think low re playability on the free version :D
4/5 * for a really good game, but had to dock a star for the odd control scheme. Would prefer WASD movement with mouse aiming. But other than that, this game has huge amounts of promise and was executed flawlessly (even the controls, while odd, worked as directed)
4 stars for simple, yet addictive game play; good on ya for mixing up the levels and adding new challenges - but how many damn levels are there? made it to D-15 before i got too tired to continue; -1 star for lack of music/sound. Game would have been great with some soothing music and sound effects
hi farfallen, the game actually has music and sound. You need to use a WebGL-enabled browser.
The kongregate has 60 levels altogether, but the iOS and Android version has 60+ 80 levels that you can buy with IAP.
By the time Viktor the XVIIIth made it through, he could have taken the bus. :/ BUt seriously, this game doesnt take more than 15 to 20 minutes to complete, and the levels dont reset between death. Very novel take on the whole 'lives' system. 5/5
@DreamingDiva - I had mine say a simple phrase; salute, chamber a round, and fire a weapon; show dexterity by handling a cat w/o incident; read a book!; and finally, play on the drum to show an understanding of rhythm and order. I just showed him that these zombies can be trained as simple soldiers, and he *still* wasn't impressed!
Well, beat the game; man that was slow - note to others, to beat the last boss, you might want to keep a regen trinket in your inventory and equip it for him; 3 phase boss (found on lvl 21) 1st phase is stationary, but a bullet spammer and hits like a brick with a grudge; 2nd phase is less bullet spammy, but is mobile and uses non shooting flys/bats as meat shields; 3rd is mobile and just has a lot of hp - pure tank and spank boss; havent found that any of the phases enter the side rooms; would suggest using these to equip regen thingy and just sit until around 70% hp - they don't regen so it becomes a waiting game
We try to fixed this load but construct didnt help :/ But thank!
