My biggest hangup with this game is the fact that there is no experience. I actually like being able to buy levels, it is so much faster, but it gives me no reason to switch from my best 4-5 dragons. The rest are basically just hanging out until I need to load up for a boss. Other than that i love the game, actually am a big fan of all your games. Keep it up.
Some type of description when you hover over everything would be great. Like for mages, what is area damage and what specifically does that effect? Multiple enemies? I also think the guild hall itself could have some kind of upgrades available, like increase damage dealt by 5%, or increase gold gained by 5%. I like the game a lot, but I think it is currently very one dimensional. 4/5
This game is the result of Trimps and Crush Crush having a genius baby. Only started playing, but love it so far. It's nice to see a dev actually think about what would be fun, rather than throwing out a reskin of some other game. Well done.
I positively cannot get this game to load with firefox. It takes a month, but I can with chrome. I have updated flash, refreshed the page, cleared the cache, nada. Not sure what the issue is, but this is frustrating.
Many have said this, but all of the previous escape games this dev has made were very logical, as long as you looked closely and paid attention to little details. This one however had so many different codes and it wasn't clear at all what went where. The suits/colors puzzle was tricky but made perfect sense. Even the puzzle where you have to push the boxes based on how the tulips were sitting eventually made sense. Everything got so complicated after a while that my brain started reaching for the hardest, most cryptic solution. I totally missed the 3 digit code ********spoiler********* where it was simply the number of flowers in each vase. I literally zoned out for the last few minutes while writing this comment because I couldn't put together a coherent sentence because of the codes. Maybe in the future have a tiny symbol on the clue and also where you have to enter the code. Doesn't have to mean the codes are easier, but make it clear where they go.
@JustusCows: I can't speak from experience, because I've never had the ability to create a game, but I can't imagine it is easy. To publish a game without making any money for your work seems like a labor of love, let alone a game that has progressed for 4 "chapters". If there is a complaint, maybe the puzzles are tricky, or you miss an item that is hidden in the amazing background, but you can't whine about the games hosted by this site. I don't know whether you've made any games, but from your post it sounds like you are just complaining because you don't like this particular game. I'm sure the developer is bummed out you don't like it because they put a lot of work into this, but from what I see the positive feedback is overwhelming. So rather than take it out on someone making games for their enjoyment and the enjoyment of everyone playing the games, just play something else.
This is the third game of your's I've played. Didn't pay attention to when they were developed, but I feel like this was easier than the others probably because after the other two games it starts to make sense that a lot of stuff doesn't make sense. I kept trying to pick up the little robot shaped totems on the ground because they were needed in another game, only to realize I needed to quickly abandon that theory. I like your games a lot, very busy, but artsy. I would only suggest making things a little clearer, like in one of the others there was what looked like a coloring book that hinted at what was necessary. Maybe posters on the wall, or something that showed some idea of what item might be necessary. If you did this you could make the problems more intricate and people would enjoy them just the same.
Okay... been hopeful the roulette thing was just a weird thing that only happened a few times... lost over a million with the zero glitch. Would appreciate a refund of some sorts, not like anyone should be hurting for money, but it is very disappointing
Please give me your username and we will refund the loses. The "glitch" that is occuring means you have packet loss or internet requests failures. Please mail us to bugs@mafiabattle.com so we can sort this out. We will also try to help to help to fix your connection. => tracert command to our server etc. (so we can see if the problem is at our side or your provider or your router).
Roulette gitches all the time... the ball gets stuck on the outside rail by 0 and then the wheel freezes. The game needs to be refreshed and the money wagered is lost. It makes me want to pull my hair out.
I am playing with Chrome, game was working fine, but had to restart my computer. Now when I try to load the game, the unity symbol pops up on a grey screen and begins to load, but every time I am getting this error: "Uncaught RangeError: Array buffer allocation failed". I have no idea what this is or means, and have never gotten it for any other game. My unity is up to date. Please help.
For all that have questioned... swipe sell just means you don't have to click each flower... you simply have to move your mouse over them and it collects the cash. Definitely worth 1500 from my perspective.
I didn't like the fact that you were instructed for every action. After the first day, shouldn't you at least have to remember what to do for each step? Was just one constant tutorial in my opinion. 3/5
@Votoms... it's a one time thing... you don't lose your current progress, money, hobby levels, etc., but it adds your multiplier to whatever you currently have. Hope this helps.
Everyone that complains about the energy system in this game haven't played it for very long, or are focusing on arena and pvp fights, rather than the campaign. It is very difficult to run out of energy if some sort of strategy for energy usage is thought through. There are a lot of issues I find with the game, but energy is certainly not one of them.
After two minutes it becomes apparent there is nothing to do in this game. The only thing to click is the wood at first, and then the buy buttons eventually you can just spam. I'm not sure the poor people and rich people have anything to do with this because your buildings are producing so much their "bonus" doesn't matter. Overall just really disappointing, and I've played some so-so idle games.
This game seems like something that will never be updated... a true one and done. I like the simplicity, and yet it's still enjoyable. It would be better if there was some type of health or soldiers as you attack, like in Risk. As you kill their troops or health, they kill yours, so you would have to have your own armor or defense. I know this is an idle conqueror concept, which has already been done, but I think since your game focuses completely on the "battle" it wouldn't just be a reskin. Just some thoughts, I've been hooked for the past couple hours, but am about to beat it and am sad to realize I'll never check this game out again. Hope you keep working on this.
I think the barrel puzzle is wrong. I don't want to give away the right combination, but lets just say I think Blue and Green are switched. If the Devs see this I think it would be a very easy fix, but they don't seem to come back to older games, just pump out new ones.
This one took me forever because SPOILER ALERT: I missed the potion recipe at the very beginning for the longest time. It took me so long I wanted to know my completion time, and I swear this is the only game esthetix has put out that doesn't show it. That was the biggest bummer, which is pretty sad.
Not too shabby, but it drives me absolutely crazy to have to scroll when everything could easily be smaller by a tiny bit and fit on the same screen. I'm referring to the machine screen in particular. I understand the scrolling of the research, but maybe something where you can drag the screen, rather than needing to move over to a scroll bar. I think these changes would be easy-ish to implement and would greatly improve playability.
For a game with incremental as a tag, this game progresses way too quickly. The bonus per reset I think is pretty spot on, in terms of being reasonably low, but you can also spam 0.15 - 0.18 boost and work the total up quickly. The game mechanics seem smooth, although there is the enter key glitch that still isn't fixed. This doesn't even ruin the game, it just makes progression quicker. I find the biggest issue is the lack of "things" to do. After ten seconds you go for the $100 improvements, hit a wall and reset. I would consider this a time waster, rather than a game with real value. 3/5 for the effort.
Thanks for writing a deep and meaningful comment here. I suppose after a while, the game does kind of get monotonous, but I'm not sure what to do to improve that. Also, I've kind of moved on from this game onto my newer (not incremental) game called Weird Galaxy. It's unlikely that I'll be adding updates to this one, but I really do appreciate the feedback!
