Dear everyone talking about the Unholy Temple: Yes, it takes as much effort to clear the Temple as it does to fail the previous stage. This is because the reward is your third Mana Storm spell. Once you've assembled three squares of the Quadforce it's pretty much game over from there.
jmjon211, I can tell you've never used the fireball spell. It drains all your fire mana to cast one. Dragonas77, you probably get coal because frankly by the time you've gotten that far, you don't need money anymore.
Tried to report a bug, and bug report doesnt work. Double fail. Bug is this: Midas touch to fire gems is broken, game does not recognize the new gems as fire and they all disappear at once with a match (no mana awarded). Also, the animation is busted.
