If you're struggling, use Excel as an aid. Put in all the numbers into a table. Sum up each row and each column into the column and row next to this table. Then put what you actually need each column and row to sum to in an additional column and row. Then take the difference in a third additional column and row. This difference is what you actually want to play from: find the squares that need to be deleted to make this difference go down to 0.
I doubt whoever made this actually played it much. You only need to play it a little to know that the jumping doesn't have enough options (you can't go straight across) and that the electric fields can come up in patterns that are impossible to ascend passed.
I can't beat this game because it won't let me use the arrow keys. My laptop won't let me use the trackpad while I'm pressing letter keys and I don't own a mouse, so I can't beat level 4.
I think it was a poor decision to have a screen that scrolls given that you can't control your samurai's movement except by using the mouse and you have to use the mouse to look around as well. It's also aggravating that the samurai won't attack if I create a slash with him off screen.
