I hate the sliding-mechanic. It's inaccurate, you have very little control over it and if you make one mistake you have to start all over again. Really frustrating.
I'm a bit disappointed by how stupid the AI is. They very often miss 4-combos. I would expect the boss to actually play smart and not just have a huge amount of health that makes it difficult to defeat. Overall, game's fun though.
The score-screen after each fight is really tedious. I don't care about the rating, I just want to keep playing, so stop forcing me to wait every time.
I want to like this game but the AI is unfair. in the level with 4 armies, each gets one 'Tower' with 2 barracks and one jump-station the AI would frequently gang up on me and ignore each other.
The game went from ground war to full jump mode and that is just repetitive and boring.
And the scrolling is insensitive and twitchy, frankly quite unnecessary.
There is just too much grinding. The scaling needs to be reworked, I'm sitting here doing levels over and over again because I'm just not getting enough experience to advance into higher levels, because I get killed by two or three groups of monsters.
And as many mentioned the game is awfully slow, some memory leak or something so I have to reload the game to make it run smoothly again.
I like the game but it just gets really tedious and grindy.
There's some things that really bother me. The wall design - it's not quite clear which walls and boards you can pass through, especially since it changes in almost every level. And, a level shouldn't end when you defeat all enemies. Why should I have to collect all coins and open the boxes first before I'm allowed to kill enemies?
I don't really like the Charge skill because the character constantly makes noise. He should do it occasionally but not with every charged swing or arrow, it's a tad annoying.
I don't think this gets too much credit, but the fading cursor is really nice, no need to move the mouse off-screen every time you play this. After I got the Kraken I wasn't really sure what to do. I tried going back to the home, expecting some final ending screen but there's nothing and the "rescue scene" didn't feel like a true ending because there was a "Continue" button which put me back into the game.
Who thought of this abysmal control scheme? Why not use sensible buttons like Spacebar, E, Shift or Control, depending on whether you use WASD or Arrows.
Is this bugged or something? I'm not getting music, nor is there any game to it. Two balls fly off the screen, after that there aren't any more and the timer just keeps ticking up. I tried playing with the settings but it didn't change. Now I'm at 2 minutes by doing literally nothing. I've been writing the comment and waiting, mouse not even in the gamewindow.
Can you message me the specs for like your browser, version of flash, etc? Right now (at least for me) the game seems to be functioning properly. EDIT: Fixed (hopefully)
The game is potentially nice. However, the winning requirements are too high. Additionally it's mostly luck based? That leads to one level being replayed over and over again.
Should have more orbs to explode but lower requirements.
