Just goes from left to right, and back again. No instructions are given on how to play the game. If it's supposed to be intuitive, for example moving up and down etc., then it isn't coming across very well.
Great game except it's way too difficult to manage with the current lack of controls and tiny screen. Anti-dropship guns should prioritize dropships as their primary targets, otherwise it's just ridiculous trying to stop a wave of 10 dropships from stealing your planet.
Beautiful, simple strategy game. I loved it! For those of you struggling with troop controls, when you place your troops, you can indicate one of 5 movements for them to make by pressing the appropriate button in the upper-right cartouche. If the R-arrow is pressed, they will walk to the right; U-arrow, D-arrow, L-arrow are self explanatory. The central square button is the one that just makes them hold position. Very useful. Also, the space bar pauses and unpauses the battle, so you can assign new commands to your units.
I found it enjoyable, challenging, and relaxing. There were just the right amount of visual clues and repeated, recognizable shapes, that my eye was drawn to the solutions. Great visual puzzles.
Sorry, had to drop the rating to 1 star. Really? I have a magical typing machine and it only makes certain things appear? Where's my "rope ladder"? "Jetpack"? "Bridge"? "Parachute"? Arbitrary and aggravating... not very enjoyable.
Randomly typing words into a keyboard isn't a puzzle. There's no parts to "put together" that would lead you to suppose the keyboard would magically make stuff appear on the walls out of thin air... there needs to be some level of intuition to follow, a clue to interpret... anything.
