I'd like a mode without points, without time-bonus, and without specials, since just recreating the quotes is more fun for me than figuring out how to deal with blocked letters, "you get more points if you finish this word first!" etc etc.
In other words.. This game would have been 5/5 had the dev thought more about gameplay than art and music, which are great. Now it's unplayable for me, 3/5. Not that I don't like hard games, just don't like unfairness.
Unless there's something that stops all aliens from instantly focussing me the second I spawn, and respawn, and respawn, human campaign is impossible for me.
fatcom, that's because the GS badge is a hard badge in stages, where the AC badge is just stage 1. You get the same amount of points. What matters is how many points you'll eventually get. Not whether it's one hard badge or two mediums.
How about a reconnect option when you have disconnected from a game? I sometimes find myself playing a game, accidentally refreshing (alt tab to msn which screws up the focus in my browser), and not being able to join back into the game. The loss of xp isn't that bad, but when playing with friends it outright sucks.
However, I do agree that people assuming colorblindness is the complete (and nothing else) lack of the ability to see colors at all, should go and educate themselves on this subject. If only a bit.
@AdmiralAwsome Most types of colorblindness that I know of, are not about not being able to differ major colors from eachother, but rather colors that kinda look like each other, such as purple and blue (both have an element of blue in them), or orange and red. Not being able to tell the difference between red and blue IS a form of colorblindness, but it is considered very rare.
Personally, I'd LOVE asdfg-controls, because having the keys next to each other makes it feel so much more natural. Love this, although my laggy pc makes it hard sometimes.
@eriqire, level 78 is indeed the final level. However, completing it will unlock something extra. And it may not be the last level you can actually beat.
Seriously, to everybody around here saying the hard badge should be impossible: it shouldn't. It isn't. It REALLY isn't. When you have reached lvl 50, all you need to do for those extra 30 points is beat all the levels you can beat, you'd have enough skillpoints to make it there anyway. The hard part is in the beginning, but hey, you already gained 45 points for surviving that. Impossible badges are badges that have you redo the game in a certain way (usually needing a lot of skill) (Sonny 2, Balloon Invasion), take extreme skill/luck (DO2, Vector Runner, Pandemic 2), or are just nasty (Zilch). Investing time, and time only, shouldn't be enough to make it impossible. Be glad with the 80 points you get for beating the game, which I think is just right.
@spxza, getting 100k gold isn't hard. it isn't even medium. It's just timeconsuming. It would be among the easiest of hards, or the longest of mediums.
The movement system kinda sucks. I mean, getting killed because you can't leave because somebody is STANDING in your way shouldn't be a problem in a game. Yes, it is realistic, but no, that's not what you are looking for in a top down tank battle. Second, when in combat, when you realize you have to backup usually turning around takes long enough for the others to kill you, so you are usually standing somewhere HOPING they don't show up in pairs/triples. Yes, strategy is possible, but is hard to use when you can't move how you want to move. Sorry, but this one get's a 2/5, i just don't like it.
I kinda like the idea of falling through the bottom floor. Adds a little bit of extra difficulty, as this game isn't really hard. Reminds me of YMM's games, possibly because of the retro look. 4/5 as it gets repetitive after a while.
@iowndeath
I fear that if people don't read the description, they won't read your comment either. Not before asking "Where's the game?" anyway. And that kinda defeats your point.
