Keiya's Puzzle does work, I solved it.
us the two portsclosest to the middle on the right side to open up an attack by the one directly under or over it, then when the first blue thingy comes back up on the other side, take it out with the last port you'd fired opposite. then fire the first port you fired, if you time it right you'll get the key.
