Well first off I would recommend to anyone with a laptop to use a regular mouse instead of a touch pad. It may have just been mine, but every so often it wouldn't fire when I clicked. I had to hit space and then go back before it started again. Ok game, not the best I've played.
I must be the unluckiest person around. I get to lvl 20, and then the game screws up. Right now there is a blue enemy on the screen that is not moving, not firing, and the last bullets I had on the screen passed right through it. I can't finish the game because it believes that there is still one enemy left. I can't get the medium badge or the card. Good game none the less.
Game balance is horrible in later levels where the enemy is able to spawn multiple copies of their super unit AT ONCE! I got 2 dragons, 6 paladins, 6 guardians, and 6 boar riders at the same time, followed by 6 cannons, 4 catapults, 4 trebuchets, and 2 totems on lvl 16. That should not be able to happen... 2/5.
Orcs are totally overpowered with their fire mages. I got their castle down to about 500 hp and then TWO of them summoned at the same time and completly obliterated my units. Any tips on how to beat them?
Bleh completly horrible. My acc was only 5.5% while the enemy's was 13.79%. I don't know how many waves I survived, but it was enough for the card so I'm fine. for now. 2/5
As the guy from Zeropuctuation said:
"Add random chance to a fight and all sense of strategy gets thrown out the window, and is used to pick up the broken shards off the ground."
This game breaks that cardnal sin and shall be condemned to the deepest pit of game hell for it. :(
(I still managed to get the 3 wins in a row, just after loosing 17 times straight)
It all depends on what you get. I actually had all 6 spots filled with Green, Red, Yellow piles before I died, and it had given me another green. It's alright, but not that good.
Now then, the challenges were easier than the story mode battles. I used a blue deck with three Global Elightenments, in case they get removed. Basically, as long as you start off the first turn with a 2 energy bot, followed by a shield wall, followed by a global elightenment, you are unstopable.
I got stuck in room with notice saying door leads to certain doom. and I mean literally stuck. I can't shift becasue my guy is against the outer wall of the game, and I can't jump out of the pit.
Since it seems that people are having problems with this challange, let me tell you some things I found.
1) Upgrade your shield once right off the bat. This allows you to survive attacks from the yellow suns.
2) Upgrade your gun once to allow faster kills.
3) Get tripple shot, and start wasting the outer yellow suns, upgrading your gun and shields whenever you feel it's necessary.
4) Upgrade your fleet or stay inbetween your station and the evil sun if your station is getting attacked too much.
5) A faster engine + better shields = dead yellow suns.
That should help everyone get this challenge. The game itself is a 4/5.
