I persevered until the level with the enemies going through the tree branches, level 9 I think. It was the first one in which is was necessary to predict where enemies were going to spawn. That's not fun anymore. Trial and error shouldn't be necessary.
SuperMecha pilot: I get the impression I should shoot this spawn point as much as possible, but maybe shoot any squads that come near as well.

Ok finished the game. A bit of feedback: It runs slow. cool downs shouldn't run while the game is paused in the upgrade menu. Spammed archers are OP like many games like this. The upgrades were well spaced throughout the game, although the last mana one was available before the story said it was. You can't finish the first level a second time because you can't unlock the warrior. It was pretty fun but not great. You sure need to optimise how it uses data, the graphics didn't live up to the caching.
