Awesome game perfect sequel of CoC Suggestion 1 What do we do with money/llamas? When we get to the endgame and there's nothing left to buy in stores the cash is useless. We should have a wheel with a shot at great stuff or something. Llamas should have a constant bonus tournament 2 Grinding You have good grinding but it is hard to grind without using hard stuff. Maybe have a bonus replayable tournament with the local challenger as the boss? 3 Voice overs sound like they are from Siri. It's nice that you want to do it but really they add nothing. Best to get rid of them to save time and work on other features, like animations (cough consceration) 5. Bosses should be immune to things like in EBF4: Some status but not all of them. Immunity to stun, silence&charm makes sense. However slow and burns should be allowed so some edge can be obtained. More status conditions like poison, blind, stat reduction would also be nice. Great game
Just a minute...am i the only who realizes that the kingdom of "the wild rose" references Final Fantasy II where the first place you go actually has a wild rose as it's emblem? Is this intentional or just a funny coincidence?
Let's be honest here, this is not really a game. It is more like art than anything else. While a somewhat faster pace would have been much appreciated, the point of the game is to be relaxing. If this is not a game, than neither are 5% of games on kong. It's a five minute long game; one that allows you to think about other things. If you dislike the music, turn off the sound on your computer and listen via your phone or something. The art style is kinda nice and a bit simplistic, like several other games (this is not a minimalist game, first half of upgrade complete, YFYIAR...) the points aren't exactly relevant to the game and so shouldn't be an issue for anyone's experience. If you dislike the game just in general, then just go play another game. You know, one that you will find more enjoyable. 4.5 stars personally. A cute little 5 minute game that drags on for a few seconds too long.
@candidfriend i'm fairly certain that the horse scene was meant to be a fairly humurous glance at the STEREOTYPE of depression as opposed to what depression is actually like. Besides, Amber would never have dealt with actual depression directly and therefore would be putting a happy spin (of sorts) on most things. I dont quite think I worded that properly but its the best i can think of offhand right now.
Yeah...This is one is dark by Dreggs personal standards. The timer should really not be there (a minor irritant as it forces you to not properly evaluate the awnsers) and the ending is tragic. It really feels like there is supposed to be some sort of an alternate ending. I Also noticed that there isn't a number in the title of this one...Still a good game but it is a step too far into the wrong area. This isn't the deepest sleep, its Medieval Cop. It's supposed to be funny (I think). Medieval shorts still makes me almost laugh myself into a coma though. Unfortuantely though I'm afraid I may have to give this a...dare i saw it? A 4/5.
So let's see...
After this and MC6, the stage is set.
We have 1. A God who wants to unleash his rage on everyone for not worshipping him or something. 2. A Seraphim (angel) who is hellbent on making sure all of the guilty are rightfully judged, whether it matters anymore or not. 3. A king of Demons who is taking a break from training Ina (I guess Ina's "tutor" is the Lucifer who Aurum was talking about) and wants to...um...screw with everyone? 4. A version of Death who really, really doesn't care anymore. He just wants to clean up the mess and get free drinks for the rest of his life. 5. An Army of Chickens who want to (presumably) take over the world and only 6. Mel Vin can warn humanity about the truth. (?) I'm looking foward to when the next one comes out.
Theres a glitch; when setting the flower table in place (directors office with ada) the game glitchs and says "Failed to load audio/se/Door8.ogg"
This makes it impossible to proceed in the game further. Maybe be only on chrome, only this instance or due to some other error but please fix it if possible.
Dregg: This cake is tomato flavored! Why? Me: Of course! That explains the dragon! It came here searching for ketchup! Not finding proper ketchup, it went on a rampage! It all makes sense now! (8-bit theater reference)
I am amazed at how you manage to craft a top tier story that is great as a standalone tale but also is part of a grand story at the same time. Magnificient. The game is a bit stuttery at times (and one clue took forever to find) but otherwise the story was almost perfect. Keep up the good work.
Fun fact: you need 108 stars to fully upgrade everything.
58 of those have to come from Survival mode, and the other 50 you can get through the other levels. Tips: Gas is awesome except for the fact that it needs to be fully upgraded (or at least fire2) &support from gas and Stun mines. A good strat on large spaced out levels is fire2+ice2/stun2mines. Mines are useless unless they are stun and with fire2 gas. Prawn and hulk drones are awesome together. Turrets have 3 forms: Upgraded: Rapid damage that covers corners; shoot vertically and horizontally but not diagonally. Rocket: Stuff in a corner with your drones. Watch the rockets and damage fly. Blasters strike well against armor and have a 2 square radius, making them good for tightly packed levels. Chargers: I never found a good use except for maybe a single booster to help give me money, but the special upgrade that comes with them is outstanding.
