On the bright side I can't tell the difference between having tires and not, as the game decides that I don't need my keyboard or mouse for a few seconds every 200meters or so.
I really want to like this game, but I can't keep myself playing it when it is full of bugs. The timers do not work. You have to repeatedly reload the page. Wounds do not heal when not logged in. Having to select rewards twice.
Puzzles should only be as hard as the puzzles are to solve, but if I solve the puzzle correctly, and accidentally lift the mouse cursor, I should be able to go back to the color I was just moving and continue without it counting against me. This is the way FlowFree works on my phone.
I like CCGs; however I have found that a slow recharging energy system makes no logical sense in the game world, ruining the immersion. I understand that I could pay to play the game at a more smoothly flowing pace, but I do not have to pay my friends in order to play card games with them IRL, so it makes little sense for me to do so in a game. If the game developer is using the energy system to slow down player's progress, then I suggest that timers be in place to 'rest' before starting a new quest, but players should be able to play through one quest in a sitting if they so desire.
Making the tasks the required point of the game is significantly less fun than other games that use a persistent upgrade system, with tasks such as yours as bonus material.
I think it may have frozen during the loading screen... I've waited five minutes and it is stuck at 40%... Wait no it just went up to 41%... ok there needs to be a warning stating that this game takes upwards of 15 minutes to load.
A lot of people respond negatively to demo games, but I was raised in the era of Shareware and so find that this game stands well above it's peers. Congratulations.
Whew. I must say that it was a little difficult to find a good sensitivity that allowed me to make high speed turns, but also was not unmanageable for the obstacles. very good game
Following up the huge number of armies that the AIs are getting, I found in the history that on
Turn 2: AI 4 & 5 played a reinforcement card
Turn 3: AI 4 & 5 played a second reinforcement card
Turn 4: (First turn I can play a card) AI 3 & 7 also played cards
Turn 5: AI 4 & 6 play a reinforcement card. At this point I stopped looking at cards, as it was obvious that the program is favoring AI 4, as well as allowing all members of the AI teams to have access to the same card pool.
This means that the AIs do not have to wait until Turn 4 to have three pieces of a card, but rather complete a card every single turn they each take at least one territory.
So I've been trying to beat the crazy challenge for days now. Today I just spent a while browsing the history of my last failed attempt, when I noticed that the AIs all got 9 armies to place on turn 2! They had no bonus continents, and unless I completely misunderstand how card work, there is no way that they should be able to have a card completed after the first round. I bet I could beat them with comparative ease if they only got 5 armies base like I do.
I really like Plants vs. Zombies, and so I wanted to like this game. Unfortunately the mechanic of clicking on books to speed up production, and that lack of special modes to play through really limited this game for me.
ok, upgrade points are required to beat the game. In order to get upgrade points you have to play the same levels several times, in the same way. As a tip to players, if you are slightly OC and need to finish the game, remember to sell early towers in order to kill more enemies later on, and remember to place your first five points in needing less score in order to gain points. As a tip to Murphey, you have a decent idea, but it is still just an idea. Any sort of new idea is enough to justify the existance of a game, but a well established genre like TD needs to be very well balanced to avoid coming off like a poor rendition of another game.
Teams share the same pool of cards. This works in your favor on the Europe level but it works against you on Crazy and Insane.
