The Answer: Wyvern ---
The Question: What would happen if you took Diablo, broke the controls, ruined the quests, downgraded the graphics and forced it to co-exist with badly designed 2.5d Second Life ripoff?
I really want to like this game more but there's just so many game-breaking bugs. Having to reload the game because buttons fail to appear or the caravan has gone past a town into negative numbers land ruin an otherwise very entertaining game.
Stupid Pixelvader Fact: Buy enough upgrades and levels 1-5 (and possibly more) literally play themselves. You can start the level and not touch the keyboard at all and the boss still dies.
Not enough o's in boooooooooooring to describe this one. Dull enemies and a pathetically underpowered defensive shield make this a very, very poor game to give badges.
Grossly overrated. Some of the puzzles don't make much sense even when you figure out the answer and some of the puzzles are far too difficult to complete even if you know what you want to do.
If you cut out oh, about half of the features, you'd probably have an amazingly good game. As it is, there's so much going on that the action frequently degenerates into an incoherent mess.
There's so many features but the designer never got around to adding anything resembling fun at the beginning. There might be lots of fun later but, if so, the early rooms are so tedious that I can't be bothered to slog through them to see for myself. Don't have the killer lag others are having though.
re: Drkdeath "if the jump isn't working, it's more than likely your computer/keyboard, because mine works fine."
The jump key works fine for me--most of the time. It doesn't always work when the graphics lag and the graphics lag quite a lot if you have a cheaper computer.
It's only...a one button game but it...still manages to have...severe frame rate problems. 2/5--nice theme but technical issues and an inability to slow down without hitting a minor obstacle ruin things.
A (mostly) great game! Bonus mode isn't fun at all, though, and I can't be bothered to slog through the same levels again with less visibility to earn 5 more levels.
Unacceptably bad controls--I have to move toward where I have to aim. Robotron 2084 solved this problem back in 1982. 1/5 and that's only because we can't rate lower.
Re: Robinyu. There's an Arcane Guardian that you can take on and kill in a special level well before Wizard Level 50. Keep winning against new levels until you find it.
