I really want to love this game but there's several jumps with annoyingly small tolerance for error.

Sometimes the release click doesn't register, wasting a shot.

The controls work well, but I had to Google the name of the game before I could find understandable instructions. Boo.

Adamg, we're not crazy. We've just played much better shooters than this repetitive and poorly designed game. Even NES Contra is far better than this dreck.

Pretty graphics, dull as dishwater gameplay.

The game's enemies are extremely dull in the first world and you have to slog through that to get to the more interesting second world.

Both sides get ridiculous amounts of powerups and the last boss was a total-snoozefest as it got stuck on the right hand side of the screen. Nice graphics, gameplay needs some TLC.

re lorenith: I don't have the greatest computer, but I did buy it last year and it wasn't the cheapest computer in the store. The controls are still inconsistent and even a basic light-light-heavy combo is only 90% reliable at best.

Awesome idea, but the dino-sprite is too big and the flying area is too small.

If this was turn based, I'd give it 4/5 or 5/5. With the real-time CLICK-CLICK-CLICK-CLICK right-now! scheme, I can only give this a 2/5.

How I cracked 2k trick points: Do an immediate handstand off of a good jump. While holding the handstand, use the left and right keys to balance the rocket so that rocket is pushing up at a 45 degree angle--you want as much boost as you can get! As you run out of fuel, keep in the handstand and press left to finish a backflip. End the handstand and prepare for the landing. You should bounce up with more than enough time for a quick handstand.

Interesting game, but could inferno mode be any uglier?

Interesting but the aiming scheme is exceedingly awkward. Beat the game on my second try (third if you count a misclick off screen that lead to a fatal loss of control...), never want to see this particular way of aiming again. There's a very good game in here that only needs better controls to shine. 2/5

Even ignoring the subject matter, this is a over-a-year-old flash game with sloppy controls and poor gameplay. 1/5.

Okay, mucking with settings fixes the lag. Still no cure for the fact that we've all played this stuff before in previous (better!) games.
