I beat it without much trouble... but then again I've played probably around ten variations of this game concept. Also, could the creator of this game and the creator of phage wars not have simply had the same idea to remake a concept that has been around for quite some time?
@OmegaDoom, on the upgrade screen there is an option to reset all upgrades, you simply do so then re-purchase all your upgrades but the ones that make the achievement harder.
4/5 I like the game overall and the achievements are practical. I have about a bazillion upgrade points, all upgrades, and all achievements. My favorite achievements are 'Flying Solo' and 'Bourgeoisie' great job and nice application of the contest theme, hope you win!
On the level selection screen all boxes say 1 and when I mouse over them they turn into question marks (or are they exclamation points?) clicking does nothing, anyone wisper to help me?
Waaaayy too easy, even easier after the first play and super-duper-omfg easy with more advanced tanks.... the bubble tanks one takes like 30 seconds to beat the game with- and that's neither aiming.
Add color, power ups, fix the ball jittering around when you hit it straight, make the ball speed up if it doesn't score over time. Add a point counter and difficulty settings...
Different sizes of fireworks, effects like shimer after burst fades and others (like a real show), bursts that form shapes such as hearts or stars. and the ability to quickly switch between colors to create more that monochromatic displays. Maybe a 'match this picture' where you have to create a close copy of a certain arrangement of bursts in the sky, the biggest problem with that is how to judge whether it's close enough or to even detect succeeding.
