Easiest way to beat the boss is to hang around and wait until 5+ fireflies have spawned, and in very accessible spots, then swoop in and get them in 1 shot!
(Vote up if you think this is useful!)
Decent game. Waiting for enemies to move is a bit frustrating. Also, I wish there was a way to reset points (and confirm skill point assignment). Wasted my first one on Taunt, since I thought it was 1 point per hero.
I find it amusing and somewhat imbalanced that it took ~20 attempts to send him to the hospital (about 1/3 which used a double kick and 3 attempts which got within 10000 distance), whereas it took only 1 attempt (and no double kick) to send him to the grave.
Interesting concept. Kind of too straightforward. Would be better if there were diverging paths, such as sinking into the loneliness/oblivion options vs. breaking the limits (positive thinking), instead of the 1 route that's given.
As a right-handed person, I dislike the overt favouritism towards left handed controls. 4/6 mini games blatantly favour using the left hand... especially the yellow circle & green moving ones.
The hard badge (getting 100) isn't actually that hard. The trick for the spacebar is to either keep holding it (or don't hold it until you need to), while the balance keep it in the middle (and avoid accelerating the ball on the edges). The arrow one - try to stay in the middle segments, since you have the most room to move.
I love the concept. Aside from the imba-flying units, the following reasons were why I gave it 3/5 instead of 5/5: 1) super easy to get to a hard-to-kill boss. I was level 18 when I first got to the boss...; 2) some lag & memory issues; 3) boss was imba and for the next 30min-1h all I was doing was grinding levels to get more attack; 4) weapons and damage aren't levelled well and the best ones aren't very good.. had so much extra gold after level 25 when I got the best weapon, bracelets, rings etc... which was pointless.
One of the largest problems with this and all of the games in this series is the reallllyyy eff-ing long time which it takes for the customers to rate their order. Messes up the timing of this game utterly. Everything is always good but wait oh... customer X takes 1000 minutes to rate it, making customer Y's score drop by 25%.
2 small things prevent me from giving it a 5/5: (1) the fact that I get hurt from "black ooze" when I'm on a non-black ooze spot next to the ooze, (2) sometimes the game screen is bugged and is frozen from the previous game - once it showed a purple cell which was really distracting since it was always on screen.
I don't know if this is a glitch... but if you have triple shot and pick up a double shot, it'll give the "double shot" powerup message, but in reality your triple shot gets more time. Nice, but a bit bugged.
Nice graphics and a good theoretical successor to the first version. But... it's laggy and I really dislike the lack of upgrades (and how slow it is to get them) compare to other similar games.
No, it was that the game only got badged that recently. That was my first reaction as well! :-)
