Its still fun - even after so many years ^^
As an improvement, I think in the original one there were also things where you had to enlarge or shrink the ball or tools, and that made it more complex. However, as it is so long ago, I am not 100% sure xD
edit: also reloading the game does not help. So I think it might be bugged. Which is unfortunate, because until that point I really enjoyed the game :)
same as shadyman666, I'm stuck at 95, although I had quite a few variants of the shown solution... Don't know if this is a bug or if there is some mechanics in the back I did not get until now...
The second level where you have to move the ball from one penguin to the next was only possible (for me) with heavily reduced mouse movement settings.
For most levels finding the solution was easy, but executing it was sometimes a bit tedious. Also I did not like that much that there were two levels exactly like others before, just longer
A really, really funny idle-game. And as mentioned before, every time you think you have seen it all, a new layer is added. Upgrades count, there is no "fixed path" you absolutely have to take, although there are strong hints what to do next ;)
I must say this is since long a jumping-platformer-puzzle game I quite enjoyed. Not finished yet, but for me it was challenging enough to not get bored. The "I have to land on exactly that pixel in that 10 ms timeframe" thing was ok for me, the only remark I have is that the hit boxes from spikes and monsters are not at all clear, so it's a lot of testing and redoing things, even if you have solved the puzzle part. The number of checkpoints was quite good, it encouraged trying out different things.
I once had a glitch, where the flash player lagged, which caused me to fall through a platform. I don't know if that's possible, but it would be nice to prevent that from happening
Over all nice game :)
classic mode is extremly easy as in Starlight, Pro mode gets quite easy when you realise that the angle is important and you remember, in which angle the picture was in classic mode
nice game, though a bit easy once you see the mechanics and abuse your kongpanions - you can nearly not be stopped by the game with certain upgrades... got nearly stopped at around 400k ft and traveled on to about 800k. But nevertheless nice game and really nice upgrade tree :)
Is it only me or does the tower sometimes just not shoot? otherwise great game, but with that, repell attack is quite a hard thing to do... (and no, i don't mean the "normal" recharge rates)
Waht really bothers me is the fact you can't attack downwards (or at least I'm not able to do so). So in sudden death mode you have to have all enemies either left or right of you, but NEVER on top or bottom -.-
Really nice game, a bit easy sometimes, but the one thing that annoys me is, that there are some levels where the ONLY difficult thing is timing, not solving the puzzle. 4/5
It's quite a good game, just it's a bit easy to beat when upgrading the right things - you really need only a few of them to get to the end - although landing after reaching the top is quite hard^^
Nevertheless, good game :)
It's a really great game. I've come back to this now several times (not beaten the hard badge yet ;) ) and it's just as adictive as it has been the first time - but needs much time :)
level 95 should be fixed now sorry about that
