Did the masses really need to be informed how to do it? I went about finding out how to get the directions myself because it had to be possible, and it really wasn't that hard hard :/ disappointing how the hard game is dying.
red: use the "mysticism explained" book in the shop to increase your protection buff cap. Protection buff cap = 10 + mysticism/100. I personally needed a cap of 18 to hit exactly 60 (which is 800 mysticism,) and that was with very good armor.
Apparently, if you let this idle for an hour or so, you'll win the game. Seriously, I started at the beginning, had to go and left it on. When I came back, I was on the last level.
You know what feels good? When you forget you used an elixir of twisted fate, and you're on the bottom floor of the "endless" dungeon, and you get killed. Then you see the message that you once again fear death and you wanna scream for joy.
So, I had a 200mi planetoid named Orville. Apparently, this is enough to cause 100,000 extinctions. However, on my first gameplay, I hardly made it over 100k all the way through. My second time I had 100k by the time I got to the snails. something isn't adding up here.
Mrkinkytoy: It's been awhile since I was at the dungeon you're speaking of, but if memory serves me, it was a reversed swastika, which is the buddhist symbol of peace. still religious, but with a completely different message
To get the "Kill an enemy in one hit with (insert weapon here)" achievements, do the Bad Barbarians defense mission (it's a Tier 2,) like 5 times to be safe. Bring the 5 rage potions to the sewer thieves dungeon, drink em up, and let loose. Voila, you have an achievement.
I was getting tired of the Protector Series, so I was slightly weary when I started playing this game. I mean, 2 Pet Protectors, 4 Protectors, and Defender makes 7 games all closely related, and personally, I can't stomach a series past game 4. However, this game is different. I'm impressed with how you were able to take a series that many loved, and make a completely new spin-off game set in the same world with few (if any) elements of gameplay alike from Protector. You kept the same concepts of this physical world such as bleeding attributes and whatnot, but made a new game out of it. 5/5 and fav'd.
