Always love these ... but ... with there could be more distinction between orange and yellow. Had to do the last one several times because of this.
Still though, 5/5
If we had a list of what we were trying to create, we could really think about what needed to be combined. But as it is, any two things have something plausible they could make together, so we have to just guess randomly or use a walkthrough.
I love this kind of puzzle game. Much better than the physics games, where you figure it out and then go pixel hunting. This is pure thought and no reaction time.
To make a good game, you have to either do something new, or do something well. This game gleefully does neither. There is nothing at all unique or interesting or compelling about this game. It is bland. It is unfun.
It is crap, even if professionally made. Just what I've come to expect from Berzerk.
I guess since so many of these arty games are getting popular, you decided to make one. I support that, but maybe have a better idea first than "you're dreaming the whole time, the goal is to wake up." It's just not original at all. I like the feel of the game, I guess, so I'll give it a 2/5.
New stuff around the edges but the core gameplay is just as terrible as it's always been. Build all the units, go forward. Except now it builds units automatically, so at the beginning of the battle you just hit "assault" and alt+tab while the game beats itself.
Riveting.
@ruud99 then raise the target. it's ridiculous that when I knock an enemy onto a mine, I don't get a kill, because 5 lives ago, he was the one that placed it.
Some kind of way to deal with all the artifacts would be nice. Maybe a sort by specific stat option? I've got 10 pages of stuff which is all useful ... occasionally. But it takes forever to suit up.
Well. I loved the first one but I feel like my character is constantly launching himself into pits, and it makes it hard to play at all. I'll give it a 3/5 for benefit of the doubt; maybe I'm missing something.
