I have the 130/12/8, 32k pixel weapon. From there, should I just buy the cheapest gun? Or should I wait to get a stronger one? Or do I just not get one at all?
All you need to do is click on the country if its smaller than about Germany, and that'll get you to at least lvl 6. If you don't know a country, stereotype. For example, most countries with -stan at the end are in the middle east. You'll probably know if the country is african, and you'll be suprised at how many European countries you know.

actually, it does have 100%.
Your still right in the fact that it will never actually reach 100%, but once it goes past 99.9995% it just rounds up to 100%.
