I can't get past level 7. I don't even remember having physics back in the dark ages so it isn't my strong suit. However with so many others having issues with it, I don't feel so bad. 3 stars
I have retrieved everything except the sword on level 22, and one red skull. I have beaten all the monsters except "The Flame" which I haven't found. I have seen a lot of flaming torches and many that are unlit. I haven't found any way to alter them. Stuck. Until now it has been very fun and just a bit challenging. I have died several times. Thought it was over but nope gotta find another way out. I have a pick ax. Why can't I just chip away at the pile of stones blocking the entrance I came in at?
Found a spot where I drop down, there are two bats and a snake. I am dropping on top of one bat, I can hold right and get past it but I can't shoot the bats and snakes fast enough. I also can't hop over the snake without hitting the right hand bat.
I probably missed some instruction or info in the game but there appear to be camo balloons and nothing I have on the field fires at them. Just got game over due to a whole bunch of them. :(
I really enjoyed the game. Simple controls, logical upgrades and requiring me to plan my descent so I could get back to the surface was nice. Hiding large things to find was fun. Enjoyed the character's similarity to the Minions. Enjoyed the humor in the achievements. I did in fact give you 5 stars. Honestly I did!
I enjoy the game a lot. I would really like to have a button to spend all gold on upgrades only for crusaders in the formation. This would be very handy for quick check ins while doing other things.
This game is just too hard. I can't get past buzz and it was painful getting there. I give up on the badge of the day and hope the rest of the week is much easier.
Stuck at level 12. Can't upgrade hero any more. Maxed out combatants. Now just switching out for other combatants that aren't maxed out. Replaying old battles over and over trying to level up the new guys. Not much in the way of accessories to upgrade them with. Becoming repetitive and boring. I just want the medium badge and keep falling short.
It might have helped me to have a bit more bridge building 101 than just this is cheap, this is something that can be walked on. This is how you connect stuff. I have built and rebuilt the second section. I can't figure out how to get them done. My connectors won't reach across the spans. I tried using several connected together but they just fall into the abyss. Can't seem to make any progress and the help button just repeats the less than helpful info I already got. Not loving this game at all.
Tiny little bouncy ball, I locked you in a cage. Gravity helped you to escape, and filled me with such rage. Then I saw the score I had and I was filled with glee. I just got the hard badge so I can quit this game and go pee.
I just want all the failures to go away so I can focus on what I am doing in the current run. I keep getting lost in the herd mentality and repeating the same deaths. Oh well. I got the easy badge anyway.
So far pretty fun. I keep dying and also accidentally using my potions when I mean to cast frost spells. Lots of keys very close together. I shall return and try to play more when I am less stiff in the fingers. :)
OMG I finally beat this game. It has taken me forever to do it!! 1 win and 277 deaths. I can finally put this game away now and be at peace. It haunted me for quite some time. I will change my rating from one star to 5 stars. Something that just abuses me over and over and keeps me coming back for more must have done something right lol.
Your level 16 ranger killed himself in the vault of yendor. I was on level 16 out of 16. Surrounded by combatants and I used my lightning charm. Must have clicked myself or maybe just too many things touching me. I don't know but I keep coming back to this over and over and never getting a win. *cries*
Spent half an hour mining rocks. Can't figure out how to fight the monsters. Can't get the essence to build the elevator. Can't get up to an isle with trees to get wood. Dying of boredom...jumped into ocean attempting to find a fish or something to eat. Failed. Gave up and beat myself over the head with one of my many rocks.
Nothing left to upgrade. Can't make it to downtown. I tried repeatedly but failed. Going to just ride out on the highway to a pack of feeding zombies, blow out the windshield and wait for the undead to add me to their ranks. They win. If you can't beat them join them. Goodbye cruel world.
