I am getting nauseated from the flashing/flickering between levels. That flickering can cause seizures in some people. Seems to be sort of fun other than that. Not really my cup of tea. 2/5
Easy, fun and on the last level I was telling Cratey to run like the wind but he just dawdled along at his own pace. XD Didn't last long enough to make my hand cramp. 5/5
It was a very fun game until I had to kill the big flame. Just can't get him. Once I got him down to rapid single fire. But just for a second before I lost my last heart. 4/5 Simple concept, easy to figure out but hard to master in sections.
90 losses and 0 wins. The closest I have come is level 10 with a Ranger. Every single loss is me getting hit with a herd of bad things. I can be full and in two turns be dead because so many things are hitting me before I get another chance to use a potion.
Simple to play. Simple to figure out. Immediately turned off the music as I do with most games. Lags a bit for me so some of my clicks when to the next space I moved to. All in all a fun game. 4/5.
I can't seem to control the balls. I don't understand how to make them switch around fast enough to get that blue one out of the way in time. Might be my old laggy computer just can't move them fast enough or maybe I am just not grasping the concept. Gonna have to skip this badge of the day.
Ugh I was finally making some progress and then my level 6 ranger went down a set of stairs full health and mana. He even charmed one of the mummies. Sadly though he was killed within seconds because he was surrounded by mummies and scorpions. There were at least a dozen things around him trying to kill him. No way to survive that no matter what I did and I tried to run back upstairs but something followed and killed him. I am soooo done! I really wanted to like this game because it was fun to play but just not able to make any real progress. Feels very unbalanced against me.
Ooookkkkkkaaaayyyyy. After more than two dozen attempts, none of which made it past level 5, I have decided to call this one done. 3/5 stars. It is fun to play but having only one life that ends so quickly then starting over from scratch is very annoying and frustrating. Nests or rooms that burst open with you surrounded and you only have one square attack weapon, no healing potions, no way of escape to heal up, you die and repeat this over and over. Not fun.
First run through. No freakin instructions on what I am doing. My dude just starved to death because I couldn't find any food. I started with a drumstick(?) but I ate it when my health was low. Seemed like a plan at the time. Level 3 dude just wasted away and now I am starting over from scratch. Seems like his efforts should be good for something.
Level 13 has some sort of built in sweet spot spoiler. I worked hard to get that ball bouncing up and down on the same stack of blocks but it just wildly veers off after the 2nd or 3rd hit on the blocks. Once it gets to bouncing on an angle I can't keep up. I hope the rest of this weeks badges require less hand eye coordination and speedy reflexes. 2/5 stars
Level 6 requires too much precision to drop the ball. Add in some serious confusion as to which way the mouse needs to move and you have me taking this game off my to do list. 3/5
Well that was 5 minutes of the F word followed by one long string of assorted bad words ending in a final F those badges I don't want them that bad. I loved your other elephant games though.
Well it was fun while it lasted. Made it to round 3 and am stuck. I can't figure out how to do anything but hop over the little ball going to the left. Can't get enough speed to hop over it and land on the thing above to the right. Nice music and I enjoyed the first two levels though. 3/5
Fun game. Logical path. Cute graphics. But the speed of movement and screen changes was painfully slow. I am giving it a 4/5 due to the speed issue. Hope there is a sequel and it deals with the speed issues a bit.
This game really needs some checkpoints after really difficult sections. A prime example of that is stage 7 after those first 4 hard jumps on the falling platforms. This is as far as I can go. It took so long for me to successfully make those jumps that having to do it again for a 3rd time is just too much frustration for me. I really want to like this game for the simplicity and the excellent mechanics and responsiveness. Still giving it 4/5 stars. Happy Holidays.
I came and got the easy badge and left. It's back as badge of the day and it's the medium badge. I don't need the shiny kongpanion that bad. I do NOT like this game. I can't get my pixel clusters to go where I need them and it's very hard to even know where to send them.
I didn't find it exceptionally grindy. It is an upgrade sort of game and as such seemed appropriately grindy. The pace was a bit slow. I would have liked the ability to replay with different combatants to see what was best. It would have been nice to have round numbers on the outside so I could see which one to go to first. Art work was nice and the basic game was fun but not very adaptable to different styles of battle and there is no replayability. 3/5 stars
I don't know if it is the lag or the script issue but I can't drag the items from the top to use them on other things. I went and watched a walk through and know for sure I am doing the right thing and just can't make the things move.
If you want more levels, there's some new ones over at Light The Way 2! Although I hope it doesn't cramp your hand too much!
