I just managed a draw... The level where you both start with just jump gates, teleported to the same planet, same time, neither one of us backed down, and now, 0-0.

Interesting concept, I have to agree about the flame thrower. Also, it's pretty easy, you can just spam click. (Probably how I crashed it) Maybe a challenge mode where clicks cost $1?
I think you should try taking this in two directions: a puzzle mode with a limited number of clicks to accomplish a specific goal, and an arcade mode similar to what you currently have. (Maybe with dalewj's suggestion)
Balance feels off, I win the initial skirmish every time, but have yet to capture a town. I show up with 50 units, they've got 100. I show back up with 500, and they have 1000...
Solid game, interface and level design are great, but I'd vote for a change in the controls. I'd prefer holding the jump button to release the parachute, also, I think I'd like up to be jump instead space bar. (That may just be me)
Looks cool, but I still haven't completed the first level. A hint system would be nice. Also, might want to mention that the timer is optional. (Should probably affect score too)
