Ir's a good game, not the best, but the combat never is as exciting as i would've hoped. That was dissapointing. The game hits quite a few lag spots often enough, and can sometimes crash the game. and the upgrade system was just sad. but past the negative, the graphics engine was well enough impressive; the creator did well on that. And the music was decent; not bad, not great. All in all, the game has a good hook, but with a few rugged edges (and lag spots) along the way. 3/5 though; it was, overall, nice.
Out of the many Flash shooters I've seen, this one is high up in the brackets. the controls are as easy as a mouse click (literally), and the enemies are varied. But the level Order was easy to figure out, made me feel as if it was a constant rut. Regardless, this game is, tops-down, a great game to play, which i hope many will like.
KaboomBot is an effective game based on the fun of tracer games. it's clever control scheme makes it a game for lateral thinking and a steady hand, and its visuals are simple, yet impressive. this game is the start of what would seem to be a good series to continue with and build on. Great job Argene!
Metro.Siberia is an effective retro-style make of a classic game craze. The visuals are simple, yet elegeant, and the entertaining side-scrolling text keeps you entertained (though it can do a good job to distract you via midflight). the Gameplay is simple and effectively easy to use, and the idea of three difficulties was a great idea! Overall, this game came out to be a great game with a fun focus to keep you glued to your screen for a good day long.
Well, I guess a person who likes typing would like this game. And... it's COLORFUL (does black and white count?). but seriously, it's a decent game for a first timer, and I hope if he ever makes a sequel, it's going to build off of this. 3/5
This game is effective in melding Action and RPG elements, with a smooth polish of aggressive and powerful enemies for good measure. The Boss battles never leave you wanting, and never give you the chance to blink an eye, making you have to think fast to survive. The enemy types are intuitive and tricky, making every second a real treat. Plus, the 3-D graphics are stunning at best, giving it an amazing look and feel. although the Lag spikes that occur sometimes kinda leaves you a 2/3 chance you're dead afterwards, it never happens often enough to be a major problem. overall, the game is a real good start to what feels like a good series of games to focus on. a real viewing and gaming pleasure. a 5/5.
Although the game has a HUGE gap for a major overhaul, the overall game is well enough good. Although, they really need some more features to combat. for example, it needs a "flee" button, in case a battle gets ugly in your favor (it could work like combat itself, where you roll to decide if you succeed). they also need an enemy stats system to help players see what they're up against. Plus, the ability to switch weapons in combat wouldn't hurt, either.
This game is probably a preview of what you would see if you were either 1) siezured to the point of passing out, or 2) completely drunk out of your mind XD
Hey cool! I made 2100 hits, though I'm starting to get a little queasy from all those colors (*hrmm*). Uhh... If you'll exuse me....(*you hear sounds of continuous barfing for 20 minutes*). ugh...much better. NO WAIT....(*even more barfing ROFL what did he eat?!?*)
SHIFT 3 offers a puzzle-platform experience it's predecessors didn't: A very good Free-roaming experience! this unique Adventure twist to the SHIFT series gives you yet another new character, plus secrets and surprises you never thought of. The game's concept is still based around the unique SHIFT puzzle experience you come to expect, with even invisible items and areas, and even a broader and deeper storyline that focuses around how the three characters you've played so far are connected to an even deeper scheme (well, not that deep, really!). Plus, play the game to the end (with the GOOD ending!) and you can unlock a VERY special celebrity character (note: this took some major permission from Brad Borne)! This game is what you can truly expect and a lot more! This game gets a 5/5.
The second installment in the SHIFT series never ceases to please! New character, new storyline basis, new items, same old awesome game! The game keeps to it's mind-bending, insane levels that test your mental capacity, with a special twist: the gravity shifter (these are different to the SHIFT ability your character has; they actually shift the ROOM instead of you)! these little devils say "the heck with gravity!" and gives every level a brand new and crazy perspective. As always, the SHIFT series is second to none! This gets a 5/5. hint: Don't go left!!!
This unique game is tops above the rest, so I thought I'd get in to the Action! The game has a unique look that gives an aura of mystery to it, and the puzzle system is absolutely devious! What's best, as the name implies, that You'll have to SHIFT into action to solve this addictive, gravity-defying game! This game is a 5/5! get pǝʇɟıɥs, kong-aholics!
This is, overall, my favorite game by nerdook (next to Deadly Neighbors; Review for that later). The game might be very lacking in storyline, and the Game is mostly "click n' wait," but the game still shines past it's noticable flaws. The music is pretty decent, the character designs make you love the game even more, and boss battles keep you thinking strategicly. You can outfit your micro-sized 5-man team with 4 different base classes, with advanced classes for each. The leveling up is intuitive and makes your band of heroes even stronger! Plus, the end song is so freakin' hilarious, this game will have you hooked, especially its freeplay and multiplayer modes. A must-play game. It gets a 5/5.
Hey! i got a question. What is cool & has awesomeness written all over it? It would be the amazing game of UPGRADE COMPLETE! this High-flying, Waves of enemies-defying game is at the top of it's tier, with an easy-to-understand control scheme, a wide array of weapons to use, & (what else) a ABSOLUTELY FREAKIN' ENORMOUS UPGRADE SYSTEM FOR EVERYTHING! but the rest is lacking. sure you can upgrade every detail of the game, but besides that, & a little humor, the game feels empty. This game gets a 4/5. A.G. is doing good for itself!
A LOT of people rave about this game, so i thought to take a shot at the game (& the turtle XD) & it is sweet! Auto save keeps all your info & the huge cannon & weapons shop gives you more than 60 ways to outfit your shot strategy. The game also has a humongous badge system which is really easy to work your way through. But the game has a bit of a Mario knockof feel to it (ex: goombas, bombs, the turtle A.K.A. koopa troopa, need i go on?). the unoriginality gets a 3/5, but the GAME is a 5/5.
this game is a good bit above a lot of turn-based games i've played. the controls are simple point-and-click, you can assign and re-assign skills with new powers, effects, and what i like to call "condition of activation" (ex: use/when enemy/at 50% hp). the game, although, is kinda like having a pet. you have to take care of it every 10 seconds or it becomes weak and brittle. in conclusin, the game is pretty good, it just needs some tweaks and turns around the loose bolts. i give this a 4/5.
