Igor, if you dont update, ppl wont enjoy as much and wont play as much, also, a bug that i'd like fixed before adding new things, i purchased the flashlight, and it doesnt appear to me, but other players can see the light (and vice versa), can you please fix this

perfect surgery, only mistakes made were from hitting the lungs w/ bone saw, putting bones/organs on tools and trying to cut the heart's connections (and who can do that perfectly?)
