I know this game will eventually make me slam my head against the wall, but dang, what great execution for a "simon says" style of game. And EXCELLENT music.
Games should be fun. This game is definitely that. This game falls into a theme of patience games, rewarding the enduring and thoughtful players more than the quick fingers. It doesn't punish too harshly, yet doesn't give rewards unjustly. I like it. Solid 4/5. (Yes, in a real pizza shop you have timers and mechanized ways of doing things, but this is a _game_, not real life.)
This seems like a first attempt at a game, or perhaps a, "Let's make an entertaining, fun game as simply as possible." So, for that, I give total props. The penguin and concept art cracked me up. I agree with phamen11 about the polish jokes being renamed. If you knew me in real life, you'd know I am not into politically correct things, but why not offend everyone instead of just one nationality ;) Suggestions for the next version: more, better, different and bigger. I'd play a sequel to this because it's fun, and fun is way better than arduous, frustrating, painful, want-to-stab-my-eyes-out-with-rusty-forks, and many other adjectives I use for games on here.
This is a good game. Someone tagged it as frustrating, and in my opinion that's an accurate tag. The badges are graded appropriately (Impossible is just about that), and I find myself drawn back here every couple of days after I've calmed down enough from my previous attempts.
What works about this game is the art and the concept. The execution needs an overhaul. The machine gun is simply over powered in the lower levels, and possibly all the way through the game. I'm not willing to pay for content for a game like this, it just doesn't have enough depth. There's a lot that can be done here, but I wouldn't consider this a final product.
I still give this game 5 stars. Love it, it reminds me of Fallout and my old favorite Wasteland. BUT DAMNIT! I GO TO SAVE MY GAME AND IT LOCKS UP AFTER 2 HOURS OF PLAY??? THAT SUCKS!
Great game. Needs two UI improvements: ability to retry without moving the mouse (although I guess that's part of the challenge), sometimes guide arrows on stars will light up when the shot will not actually hit a star.
Fun, but I always hate games that force offscreen stuff. (e.g. monkey near the top of the screen, I *must* throw off screen. Can't watch angle, blindly wait for throw to return to screen.)
The concept is good, and this could seriously be a good game (creates the sort of tension that Ragdoll Avalanche creates when I play it). HOWEVER, FIX THE MOUSE TRACKING. Guiding my flying fish is like aiming a hunting rifle that shoots 20 yards to the left and makes me wait 10 seconds between when I pull the trigger and when the powder ignites.
