Some starting tips: I recommend you start with a greatsword, it has good damage, it knocks back enemies and has a surprisingly good range- just try to aim a little in front of an enemy. Staff is currently the best weapon in the game because you can kite enemies with it, and also damage flying enemies without getting hit. For talents, get 1 point in piercing shot, and then get exp. and soul boosting talents, as these 2 will boost your farm speed by a lot. After that, finish Piercing shot and get as many passive-defensive talents as you can (spells can be good, but I think you can take down the boss way earlier if you focus just on these talents). You can walk through Giants (not the last boss), Zombies and Scorpions without getting hit, just don't attack them at the same time. Flying enemies can and will hit you multiple times if you walk "side by side" with them, so either try to ram into them directly, or just kill them before they have the chance to kill you.
Tip:You can use telekinesis on any consumable chest (look like artifact chest, just darker) to check if it contains escape wings (just don't double tap to use it)! The more you know :p.
There are exactly two things that keep ruining my concentration:Background-blending branches, and enemy voices overlapping! Also,I don't think anyone really sees the importance of this problem. When I said this to my sister and showed her the game, she kept laughing for some reason...
Impossible is all about fighting the right boss at the right time.Bosses randomly generate, and their damage and abilities increase(they get faster, someone confirm this?) as the levels progress,so your best bet is to repeat until you get a set of easy bosses(they can one-shot you in later stages so beware of that).
A bug i encountered:When you barrel-roll into a creep,he sometimes turns invulnerable:he does not attack, but he has no hp bar(still takes damage but with no effect, since you know:he doesn't have a health bar) and can't be killed thus preventing you from completing a mission. When i defeated a boss after 10 minutes or circling I just stood there and shouted at my monitor:DAMN YOU CREEP!!!
Frozen set is broken.Really,if you manage to find at least ONE item from the set that gives you SP per crit.,then all you need to do is get your agility to some decent level(without disregarding health of course) and you have a crowd control, single damage God.
Great game, but has some flaws that can't be overlooked(at least for me):1)Jumping.It's really hard to coordinate yourself when your regular jump really just doesn't do anything, and with double jump you are trying to hit the top edge of the monitor.2)Quality.This is performance-related: if you have a game with multiple enemies coming at you(swarm games) you need to have the option to reduce graphic quality, otherwise the enemies and the animation for your combo moves makes it very laggy on low-performance computers.Talent system is great, just a little confusing(hard to figure out what does what, but not important). That's all for me...
Samurai Jim and his sword:*Sweet, we are doing a 300+ combo on this guy!*Sword:For God's sake Jim,that guy has died about 2 hours ago!' Jim:"Oh,wow,I mean-turns to red fleck-well,sorry,i didn't mean to...damn this is awkward..."
If this game had the same impossible badge as Frantic,it would be as difficult to complete it as surviving a nuclear blast 3 feet away from you while wearing only hockey pants...
A good way to change the elevators is that you can choose the elevators with number(1,2,3 etc.) and swap them on space. That way you don't have to drag every time you move the elevator, and you still have your right hand free!
Playing a ranger in this game is really risky:It's just a matter of time before you mouse dies or turns sentient and tries to strangle you with its cord...
If you want something to be done right,do it yourself. With that train of though, I took a damn healer because i could not stand to watch my healer waste half of his mana pool to heal 1hp...
