@dpbmehx, @mattman2005 Before XX century, Russians ended most words with 'hard sign'- a letter with no sound, just to show that previous letter pronounced hard. After 1918 they changed grammar and 'hard sign' is almost not used. The same now with letter ':e' ('yo') - people use it less and soon it will become absolete. It takes about 30 years to change the grammar customs of people.

wish I could determine the order of letters in alphabet the scribes use to make words. You see, if the order is not "ABC" but "ETA..." correct words appear much faster
Your level in smithing is multiplied by a factor ('3' for smithing) and that many seconds are taken off the time to make the exes. So if you're level 10, 3x10 = 30 seconds will be removed from the time it takes to make the axes. Keep in mind that this is in addition to certain building upgrades and prestige boosts.
