You can try making it in scrolls form. Scroll closes from both up and down, slowly rolls to the center
when i jumped down from a platform I could'nt turn and shoot. At first I blamed the keyboard, but then I noticed that he bends his knees and staggers after falling. That's good work on detail!
farms and mines produce more than workers, so no workers are really needed at all. Game is unbalanced. Better play Pre-Civilization or other idle civilization games
Workers become really strong once you research Wages later on in the game and the people start giving % increases instead of flat :)
Hope you'll like the game if you give it another chance!
If you ever make a sequel, the dialogues shoud have more steps. Now it's like a 2-step tutorial for drawing a cat. 1) Draw a circle 2)Draw everything other
Mill's idea of summarized happiness, as you give it, is not rational. It's similar to evaluation method of summarizing some value, e.g. money. It is a bad criteria for evaluation. If action leads to making many people poor and one man rich - it does not lead to general, common prosperity.
Still waiting for sequel. Ace Attorney series is successful - there are many parts, fanfics, anime and a movie. 'Pro philosopher' has the same potential. Maybe next character should not be Socrates, but some girl.
