I don't know if it's just because I've only been trying for a couple minutes..but this just seems impossible to me. I mean..it just is lines that change size. I don't get how any of them are unique to a certain letter, or objects...especially since there are literally billions of objects it could be. I'm not going to use a walkthrough but, damn, until I get the hang of it, this is one of the hardest games ever.
Damn...I've been away from /b/ for a long time I guess. I never knew SHUT EVERYTHING DOWN had become a meme until now. Well, I got the impossible months ago. It's by far one of the easiest impossible's. Also, what the hell 1ani2? Do you really think nobody is going to notice what you copied is one of the most popular comments ever?
Well I got the medium, but I don't get the Hard badge. What does it mean by "across all 3 games"? I assume it means you play standard, challenge and switch modes all one after another and get 275 across all 3 modes. If that's it, it should say mode, not games.
This is a good concept, and while the multitasking part is challenging, most of the difficulty comes from the controls. They're not spread out much, but it's enough to constantly be hitting the wrong button. I can't tell you how many times I've failed because I hit space instead of shift..or a bunch of others.
TO EVERYONE WHO CAN'T GET THE HARD BADGE DUE TO FREEZING ON THE LAST FIGHT: I had the same thing happen. It just sat there after the final fight. I reloaded, and just completed the tutorial battle and it was awarded. So I would assume it will work for anyone. Just finish any battle in the game and you should get the badge. 10/5 game. Obviously people don't like it. I don't know how but, it's ok. In my opinion it's an amazing game.
So...obviously I'm in the minority of people who love this game. There's no point in arguing why I love it. Because a lot of people don't, and that's fine. It's not everyone's kind of game, that's ok. For me, it's become one of my favorites and the best RPG I've ever played. The story and dialogue is quite weak yes but, it's a game, not a book. Also there really needs to be a tut at the start. But it's not too hard to figure it all out. Big problem though, I too can't get the hard badge because it just sits there on the final fight. This is a huge bug if everyone has it happen.
That was the most amount of time I have put into a medium in a long time. Overall, it's a great game and a good sequel. There are flaws though. The levels are pretty long and 12 of them was just too much with the length. At least for it being a medium. And yes I know the dev's have nothing to do with badges. Also, most of the levels are just...insane to try to find everything. There are so many levels and platforms, screens, hidden areas, confusing jumps etc etc. It's extremely hard to find all of the hidden treasures. And sometimes it just teases you by letting you see a treasure..but then you can't find any conceivable way to reach it.
Everyone who's changing your rating to a 1..that's just pathetic. Anyways...haven't actually played it yet, but that intro is hands down the most badass cutscene I've ever seen. It's like a big budget movie. Also, the guy story seems incredibly intriguing. I'm really looking forward to this...though I have yet to see a single good comment about the actual game..
Man...I can't tell you how good it feels to beat Uneasy mode. It just took multiple runs to set my path through each level. Then even once I had my paths set, it took a hell of a lot more practice to actually make it work. Not only do your anomalies have to be set and pointed at the exact right spot/angle, you're timing has be be dead on for a lot of them. This is a case where, it just plain took a lot f work, even more practice and it feels damn good to have beaten every level by just not giving up, a lot of practice, a lot of trial and error, a lot of fine tuning, and then even more practice. Now it's time fr Double Uneasy. That's gunna be fun. I still say 4 lives is much too strict, but it's a great game.
Damn. I gotta go with what everyone else is saying. At first I groaned at another Unity shooter. But this is amazing. The graphics are..just, wow. Whoever did the VO deserves a medal. It's on par with Memohuntress and Alice Is Dead 3 for VO. So...amazing game, but 1 problem. It's a little TOO good. My laptop isn't exactly cutting edge and it just can't handle it. Hitting targets is really hard from the lag. It is a bit unfair to not be able to get badges because you don't have a top of the line PC.
Finally got around to actually playing it. So far it's one of your best games yet (though that may just be because it's still new). Not only is it just a good TD game, but it stands out. The combo of regular towers, and the Mastermind being able to fight is great. Idk how Tod can say it's nothing special for a TD game. No, it's nothing groundbreaking or never before seen, but it is unique. Not to mention it's different in the way that enemies circle around instead of going along a path to slowly damage your health. Having multiple shots at hurting them adds a bit more strategy then most games in this genre. It reminds me of DTMD in a way.
This is damn awesome. I've never seen a game where...your ammo is incorporated into the game so much. Not only do you need to get more to continue..but it's also basically your health. Very, very interesting. It does suck that eventually the shapes start to shoot at you, causing you to loose ammo. It's hard enough collecting enough, wish I didn't have to worry about it being shot from me. It's really great to see a game where accuracy isn't just another stat you ignore though. Your accuracy is vital to continue. Wish a sequel would have been made. 4/5. Would be 5 but those damn shapes that shoot back make it a bit frustrating.
Man, Flipline is such an amazing company, and this is a fantastic sequel. So much fun. Only problem I have is that most of the hidden treasure, and a lot of the Challenges, are incredibly hard to find. The game also teases you so much with items, or especially platform that you just barley can't reach. Other than that..so great. 4/5.
I both love and hate this. It's a great game...but I don't think anyone would deny that it's damn hard. The only way to get through Uneasy ad Double Uneasy is to just keep playing the levels over until you work out the best path. Even then it's hard because lots of time the bubbles just won't throw you where you want, or accidentally fall out of one. The levels with the damn saws on the walls are the most annoying. It's a hard game, why do yo have to have lives? Especially such an incredibly strict number of them. 4 lives is hardly anything to make it through later levels. Like I said ,great game, but I'm tired of having to do the same levels over and over because of how strict the life limit is.
Also, for the hell of it I bought the wallpaper and it's now my desktop for awhile. I've never seen a game let you buy things like that with money you earned in game. It's pretty damn awesome. All games should do that.
From what I can tell...the woman in the bar married a man with no face. That man then took her on an airplane. But then tragedy struck when he flew into a storm on purpose. He jumped out with the only parachute, leaving her to die and gain her inheritance. But she survived with a torn aorta. And now she spends her days drinking the same mug of beer and has a never ending asthma attack if asked about it. Oh, and when you try to get your wife back, she tells you she's afraid you're going to smash her in the face with a Super Nintendo controller.
Having to be downgraded in tanks from loosing bubbles, ruins this entire series. Bad. Ok, make bubbles my life, that's fine, but why in the holy mother of christ do bubbles have to affect the tank itself?? You can lose 2 levels in a matter of seconds. Not only do you have to start all over, your tank is 100 times weaker and you wasted all the time getting up to that tank. It's even more insane since the only way to get to the final boss is to upgrade. You make me upgrade to be able to beat the game...but every hit downgrades EVERYTHING??? Inexcusable.
woohoo! glad you enjoyed it!
