Things this needs: speed up button; rebalanced gold drops; ability to tab out without pausing; ranged upgrades to mean something; rebalanced targeting priorities; ability to select target priorities. Despite the pretty graphics, this is as basic a TD as you can get.
DPS is all wrong on the guns. How can a gun with the same damage per round but a lower rate of fire do more damage than a gun with a higher rate of fire?
What's the secret to the last level? If I go for an early salvage yard, I get swarmed by the runners, jumpers and big guys by the 5 min mark. If I go for an early trailer, my income doesn't keep up with demand when the runners and big guys appear.
Since Nazi Zombies was originally a multiplayer experience, I'd like some AI team mates. Since it's impossible to outrun or circle strafe the enemy. Maybe a fixed sentry gun purchasable in the first 10 levels, if that's easier to code? 3/5
How I survived survival:
1st column: Piercer-Piercer-Eye-Booster-Perfume
Last column: Piercer-Perfume-Eye-Canon-Booster
I sat at the top of the first column, replacing any cheese as needed. bosses generally kept bouncing away from from the last column.
Is it actually possible to complete the survival mode? Rebuilding stacks of cheese doesn't work (because of the lag between building and firing), and saving souls for the sword doesn't have much effect either...
It feels really limited, giving you exactly what you need to get to the next segment. Feels like I'm being strung along rather than making progress, if you know what I mean.
Buggy. I can't select my men, and it slows down to be completely unplayable at the start of the 2nd level (in addition to switching between combat and strat modes nonstop).
