Not very fun, not very immersive, and not very intuitive once you get to the mirror. I started dumping my items just because I couldn't find anything else to do, and that was somehow the answer. The concepts like the signs, which are a truth when placed, was wasted since you only use them a single time. You could've made something way more with this, but instead it just became a shitty game about a moral that ends up being common sense.
Okay that was the worst ending I've ever seen to any god-damn video game. Thanks for wasting an hour and a half of my time for no conclusion, no adventure, no difficult puzzle-solving, and no closure. Waste of time.
Also, it wasn't scary. Boo.
I just wasted an hour playing this pile of garbage. It's not good in any way, except the pixel aesthetic. Bad sound, inane trash items, backwards-ass developer-only logic, and the one time something comes after you (I didn't finish the game) it's so slow that you almost couldn't die if you tried.
Surprisingly fun. The atmosphere was lacking for quite a while until the bigger, badder enemies started showing up and you begin to wonder what mutated into these things. But oh my GOD, the ending. The ending was incredible. I mean, the twist was great and the final boss was actually legitimately intimidating, the music was deep and dark, it was all very oppressing in terms of atmosphere. The game's easy, too, which is nice because nothing takes away from atmosphere like having to reload checkpoints (which I did not have to do a single time. Farm skill speed, kids.).
I have never played your game, I don't know how good it is, but I am rating it a one-star because of this moron kid who keeps spamming ads for it in various rooms. Have a nice day.
Graphics are lame and fake-retro, only one of the three songs actually has anything worth listening to, the ship hull upgrades are WEAK at best, and it's boring after the first boss fight. Hyperion was somehow the easiest, how does that even work?
Ridiculously easy to beat and get all badges in, far too short, upgrade paths hardly matter, and both final upgrades are worthless because by that point you can just fly 2 feet above ground level and get literally 500+ combos. See those high scores on the leaderboards? Yeah, that's bad game design. This would be a sloppy game even with good music, of which this game has none.
Pick from five UNIQUE classes, like Knight Rogue Priest Ranger and Mage. NEVER BEFORE SEEN CLASSES TAKING ON UNPREDICTABLE MONSTERS WITH UNIQUE CLICKING ACTION. Yeah this is about as unique as Evony.
The only entertaining part of this game was riffing about it to my friends in chat. That's how bad it is. I just want to underline this next sentence: THIS GAME MAKES ARISE LOOK GOOD. Think about that.
Yo. Make it so when you click a quest to see details, it doesn't prevent you from clicking elsewhere. That way, if you accidentally click a quest below or above the one you wanted, you don't have to click "close" and then the one you want. It's a waste of time.
Hm, no, I think the short phase of invincibility is a good thing. If you ran into the boss without that, he would pretty much instantly kill you, for example.
I put more work into that level than all of the 192 other levels combined.
