so I can only carry 9 potions, but the wizard boss can cast heal on himself an infinite number of times, and seems to do so constantly from the start of the fight? That's a bit pathetic, really...
Yes, there's a new "disease" with no symptoms at all. We're pretty sure millions of people around the world have it. It's not cost effective to wipe out the common cold, which causes millions and millions in lost revenue for businesses worldwide, but this new disease? Let's get the entire world working on a cure! Close all borders and for god's sake, make sure no INSECTS can get from Brazil to Argentina!
Realistic fail...
Snipers can fire into melee combat and kill the german. You can also use the forced fire command to get everyone to fire into combat, but if you have flamers or rocket boys nearby it's not going to be a good idea.
What's up with the counting thing on this game? It doesn't seem able to keep track of ANYTHING properly. I've got the badge for collecting 50 crates, and it tells me I've collected 0.
I just got the Meritorious Unit Commendation, which is ANYTIME 1000 waves are survived through before mission 25 - I should have had it on mission 10, but just got it on 24.
It thinks I've deployed 89 soldiers on game 14, but I make it 253 at that point...
Is there a random number generator at work here?
3 level 6 catapults firing at a town (damage bonus) with level 6 goblin in it. Damage scores: 1, 0, 1. 0??? Goblin REPULSED catapult's attack...
How do you repulse a massive stone flying your way?
Peterson: Yes, medics count.
Breecat: My record is a panzer 4 tank on wave 2. I was slightly worried...
Evilalex: My rocket guys wait until I have someone right next to supplies before they blow it up. It's not annoying at all...
It should probably be pointed out that, whereas a melee general is able to own every turn, an elven general gets to cast each spell only once, and then sucks.
Some questions answered:
Medics with high xp heal much faster than newbie medics do.
Special ops always throw more than one grenade at a time at high xp, you don't need to take the grenades away and give them back.
Snipers with 100% xp never become visible - just watch out for enemy snipers.
was doing well until a german rocketboy decided that, although I'd paused the game to go get a drink, he'd fire anyway, take out 2 camnets that were miles apart, and expose enough of my troops that I got instant artillery when I unpaused and it killed 10 of my defense. Great.
I also dislike the way grenadiers throw their grenades for absolutely no reason. They accidentally hit and kill snipers they can't possibly even know exist by throwing grenades at seemingly open fields...
