Actually buzzkills, it is. Courts have ruled that if anything is directly taken from another game it is considered theft. However, the developer specifically stated things were taken from Blizzard, giving them credit. Sure it should be included in the game and listing everything that was taken, but it is there in it's most basic form none the less. So no, nothing illegal is going on.
Way too many windows for the tutorial. I do like the older graphics, but the character model choice for the hero is pretty nil. Overall, gameplay is pretty typical of most of the games I've seen made using rpg maker. It's nothing fantastic, but it seems to have had more effort put into it than others of it's kind I've seen. Weight does not work properly it would appear as well. Overall, decent, but needs a lot of work. 3/5
Alright, with a walkthrough this game should NEVER have gotten a hard badge. I mean come on, it's a gimme. You literally just follow step for step what's shown if you really want the badge. Sorry, while some may say you "ruin the game for yourself" some people will always use the guide. Pretty much an extra 25 free points from what the badge actually should've given in the first place.
How in the heck was the final boss supposed to be a challenge? It was like fighting tissue paper. Rogue+paladin destroyed him in short work just using slow and attacks, much like the rest of the game.
I'm really hoping that Tukkun can give back the gifts we lost from our data as well. I had three gold gifts saved up to open today and something like 5k bronze gifts. I could care less about the red coins and such, but those things I wanted to see what was in.
velocitybird, already done in the US I believe and I think the Netherlands possibly. You *can* bring up charges on the people that do so, but doing so often costs more money than most are willing to pay. The money issue is the main reason a lot of these people aren't being tried in court.
Heh, interesting versions on the ending. Once I started finishing collecting the gems though I definitely knew what would happen. Awesome game and awesome story, 5/5.
