the here be dragons achievement is impossible to achieve unless there is a skill I missed to reduce your stress
because:
each day working takes 4.5 stress |
7 days * 4.5 = 31.5 |
2 weeks working (63 stress) 1 week resting (resets stress to 0) |
52 weeks a year |
52/3 = 17.333 |
17.333*2=34.666 |
each day working raises skill by 0.3,
week working raises by 2.1
100/2.1=47.619 |
so the maximum you can get dragons before end of year is 34*2.1 = 71.4 |
QED
a recommendation:
slow down the speed of the offset button and a turbo button/s for quick offsetting
(for example move wasd to esdf and use a and g as turbo but not q and e whatever you do not q and e they're too hard to reach quickly)
here's another f****d up thing,
suddenly half of the stuff (the better equipment) in the store has disappeared, I don't know if it's because it's a marketing stunt for guest accounts to sign up because they reach high levels or because they just re-adjusted the server, but both-ways the site managers are cheating and that's messed up.
I'm hooked but there's no way I'm paying (especially now)
for those of you who want to win,
let's see D-day was Tuesday, 6 June 1944,
the germans surrendered on 9 May 1945.
So if you can survive for about a year game time ( which I think is equivalent to real time) you win.
Good luck with that :D
Just FYI:
One fusion plant will be able to power an entire continent, so demanding one plant per city is really overkill.
Oh and you could have added geothermal boreholes as well (like in alpha centauri), those would last for as long as the earth's core would remain hot (they are basically very deep holes drilled through the earth's crust with steam turbines placed half way or entire way through. Then you bring in some gas/liquid to rise/evaporate using the pressure and temperature down there, it will spin the turbines until it reaches the condensation point and when it condenses back it drops back down (preferably through a different pipe) and so you get expensive clean energy with the main problem being building in such pressures and tempratures)
build a hexagon around the gate made of solar panels, and build 6 pulsars (full upg) near the gate inside the hexagon.
augment with a power storage and build 2 thels on the side of the invasion, add 3 repair stations and you should be set.
add missile later if you feel the need.
Now how to protect a moving target I don't get, if you figure it out tell me
additionally to dropping items in the middle of a dungeon, you need to either add an inn, allow the use of bandaids out of a dungeon or automatically heal the hero when in town
by the looks of it the THEL (what bluedevil called tesla) doesn't have a maximum energy requirement,
the longer it shoots the more damage it does per second and the more energy it requires to operate.
Try it out with the super ship and a lot of storage batteries (about 5)
1 improve projectile speed.
2 wait for the all clear before and after you run story text (can't enjoy the story the way it currently is).
3 very good AA tracking for the secondary turrets well done

bugs:
1. pressing to fast on guard left me with minus resources and then couldn't buy soldier
2. checking the command army screen before the entire send command has been fulfilled (send is written under all units) causes an automatic send for the rest of the army (not good, add button/ check box instead if this is intended to happen)
3. catapult speed is not constant (why do all these games prefer advancing enemy units over allowing the player to shoot?)
