@memphie: it's true that its better to return at level 40, but if you were able to beat urahara you should also be able to beat the shinigami guys (and they also give more xp than the ghosts and hollows)
I don't know about arrow air time for score, but I did notice that rapid shooting at 100% will increase your damage multiplier and score and so S scores are achievable with it. (you don't actually have to rapid shoot, but reloading the bow immediately after each shot becomes a reflex after a while). You know you got a multiplier when you see a colored circle around tour bow when you shoot and a x# over your head.
