The grey fat thing is obscenely annoying. Many times I was on the right side of the screen at the same time that it came from the same side. I had no time at all to react, and was instantly booted back to the basement.
An excellent first game, good job! I don't really have anything to add that anyone else hasn't said yet, but there's one bug I'd like to point out:
If you press up as close as you can against a thin wall, you can shoot through it
Completely retarded. Learn a basic grasp of the English language (e.g. no 'wtf' crap, and use a period once in a while). Also, it helps if you tell your audience what you're teaching them instead of jumping right into the middle of the completely incoherent lesson.
I'd hardly call this a clone of boomshine. The different 'powerups' offer a significant change to the gameplay. Unfortunately, most of the later levels aren't very hard and require more guesswork than actual strategy.

All I'm getting is a chat box with no game. Rooting around in the page source, I found a working url for the game... here it is:

"cuarto" means bedroom/quarters, also fourth
"cuatro" means four
When I was playing "easy spanish 1", the option that gave me points for cuarto was four, which is incorrect. Just pointing that out for ya ;)
A fun, creative game. I didn't have any complaints about the controls until level 19 (the one with alternating brown and purple). Even the lightest touch on the arrow key tends to send it over by two, making life very difficult when you just want to move it by one
