One last thing the stats page is fine, its easy to upgrade your chars when u choose just by starting new level with one then use extra cash to upgrade, but i would lose this aspect and allow upgrade without cash as it is meaningless unless you want max score for level, but that isn't as important as the hassle of starting numerous levels to upgrade each char when u want to upgrade them. just do it in heroes section no money required as its an easy workaround just bothersome. I understand the diversity of the chars but levelling your first tank up should have its benefits when looking at opening higher lvl chars. I understand the diversity and usefulness but by the time you get the lvl 5 char (at lvl 1) your lvl 1 char should be lvl 5 and equal.
The leveling system is ok and I understand the added cost factor to it., but ffs i overdosed 1 char that i was tanking and couldnt bring in the next due to cost resets at each level. add an incremental increase for each level played ie play lvl 5 5 times get a 5% increase in start money for that level. (1% for each time played) makes it so that you will want to level your chars beyond level 1. Make it level specific and it works because as soon as you go to next level % increase set to zero and 1% for each time played. Adds another leveling aspect. Its not a true TD game as TD uses incremental aproaches to each wave or level. The stategy for TD is to make best use of funds and towers. I applaud the intent but this game needs a few less frustrating redo the last level again to advance scenarios.
ok played a few times now got to level nine without leveling any chars just doing the specials. ffs stop this level 1 new char thing. opening a new char should be as if you have leveled defeat level 3 a level 3 char opens not a level 1. It wouldnt be too bad but levelling your char while giving bonuses also has penalties ffs. BTW i have chars that are level 20 or so but wont upgrade them as it can hinder your potential especially in speed. ie 1 char cant take out low level bats fast enough 2 chars better 3 even more. Great concept but i hate grinding to make the game last longer. If you want the game to last longer then more levels pls.
Oh no! seems there is another tutorial out there that everyone will claim as their own, there is another one called lasers and asteroids which is this game with a few mods that the poster said was a tutorial with mods.
For all those comments saying about gold, I have just hit lvl 20 and have 90 gold made from completing quests. arena completions also give gold (20+) so stop whining about gold in this game its easy to get.
I dont play these match a note games. tried this, didn't like the genre may be a good one for its type but my fingers are old and brittle and FU cause I broke me pinky,
it cant seem to decide which pieces are touching. I gained pieces in the combo that were 1 block away and didn,t get some that were right next to each other. needs work but a good idea. 3/5.

using the beasts special powers will endlessly heal you and having soul refreshers will keep the spell up for entire rounds. dont shoot except at bosses. get hit as much as you can (5% energy)(thats why 20 endurance you could get away with less. the low power can be slightly troublesome at higher rounds until you get nidhogg but a lady luck and azure breezes help you get him quicker. suggest you go ladon, cyclop (white), gargoyle hydra then nidhogg. nidhog was doing 942 on cresent moon and 12058 DPS with solar eclipse. gold medals on lasts rounds first try including infinity space.
