With equipped necro you will blitz all dungeons at reset 1 until you have full soulbound gear. Grind for gold only if you have crossbows to soulbound into rings/comb with weapons for others. Otherwise combine oppuntisitcaly if you have gold, soulbound weapons into nonring equip above, one scythe into soulbound ring for each other player.
Once you equip necro focus on equiping archer who will be your main damage dealer (due +50% to crit dmg), for combining crossbow-rings provide best weapon rate,damage and range combination there. Keep crit around 100% and comb high damage weapons if it improves dps
After playing a bit with combining I found best starting strategy. First after you win once don't increase level but repeat it until all your gear is soulbound. It will take you longer to get soubound item later and you get extra combine charges.
Combining on second playthrough should solely focus on making necromancer fast and deadly. You want to grind void for windforge shield, hall of dead to get katana, scythe/flail/wrath of gods and assasins armor. Then grind kings keep for stripped boots, riskbreaker. Then grind gold while you could combine soulbound items costing less than 4M to make equipment permanent with katana as weapon and soulbound ring+scythe/flail/wrath to provide necessary damage. If you have remaining rings you should combine ring+crossbow that you grind at kings dungeon. Reason why necro uses katana instead crossbow is that keep at range messes ai which causes slowdowns if he is only fast character.
Pretty boring after while as AI is terrible. Its obvious that I could use 6 brigandines to sink galeon in one turn without it counterattacking, but AI does not attack me with these so I could easily win even outmatched.
Nice idea but this game is too easy. Strategy is get lizard and then spam boulder traps which is clearly best. I finished entire game with just that combination. Skills are likewise no-brainer, get +gold, +gems, other skills are useless.
Pretty bad game, almost no story, combat is too boring - slash enemies ten rounds until they die with no real risk as they do 1 damage. lockpicking is waste of time as you need spend hour to get easy chests before you could open medium ones and clumsy interface where every move takes ten clicks.
