I'm getting more money from money packages than I am from shooting up enemies, even after a decent investment in kill money multiplier. I think you done goofed.
You might want to consider adding something else to the game again. I'm finding myself in the same situation as before - popping in to dump all money before popping out, as all meaningful upgrades are purchased and newspaper prices are still too high.
Don't you think it would have been nice to include a save function even IF the game wouldn't take off? Seriously guys, a little forward thinking would have made this much better.
I've now gotten into the habit of firing up the game, clicking the 10x button, and buying one thing, then leaving. This happens about every 12 hours. You don't need to rework the entire game all at once, but can you give us something else to do here other than wait 12 hours for one purchase? Anything, even adding new upgrades, would be great.
I don't care what, exactly, you add for new content and ways to spend money, so long as you do it soon. It's incredibly tiring to see over 12 hours worth of money thrown away on two donut shops.
This has to be the worst launch game I've ever played, with ear-bleeding sound effects and waaaaay too many birds to end your run instantly. Do you even play your own game? How could you think this is fun?
Easily the worst defense game I have played because of this stupid reliance on luck for everything. Luck to see if your survivors find what you need to win, luck to see if your survivors even survive, luck to see if your damned shots even hit what you're pointing at. Why?
I see this is a homage to old games that are insanely difficult. Unfortunately, aforementioned games are probably the best examples of what NOT to do in a game. 2/5, at least it's pretty.
Developers need to stop trying to make their game look like its features are so much better than they really are. The storyline is not funny or intriguing, the general gameplay means you will never use most of those ships or weapons, and difficulty levels are not game modes. The game is solid, why not just focus on that?
It's okay to sacrifice speed for some other benefit. It's not okay to mandate you speed up somehow to make up for slow default movement. Also, I have two weapons - why can't I swap out the autocannon for something else? Cool game otherwise.
And if anyone kows how to fix this, I and a bunch of other Devs here on Kong are all ears :) This has been a persistant problem with flash games for a while now. This isn't a bug specific to my game, and despite a number of google searches and reading through a number of different forums, I have yet to see a resolution to this.
Also, Barrage never seems to hit multiple times and doesn't seem to stun on that one hit. I found this out when trying to suffer through Light Tower with Phoebe, who has inadequate stats all around to deal with the Thieves in the tower despite being a forced party member. This is a huge dick move.
